As far as I can see no weedkilling was done so the lawn is the worst I have seen it for years. The bare patches are still bare although that could be the dry weather but there was little seed put down anyway. Not a happy bunny!

The staff are very nice and helpful. Treatments always seem to work well.

Lot of weeds, and every time I inform you but no treatment is done, so they keep on increasing

The quality of your products have obviously declined over the recent years.

I am charged £200 a year and have had to spend that amount again this spring on weedkiller, grass seed and an Electric Rake/Scarifier, all because your products don't work.

I am happy to share photos of my current lawn c/w black dead moss.

Further for the last two years you have tried to delay the scarifying and aereating past the 12 month payment period. I would therefore have paid for a service I have not received (this service is the most time consuming and expensive aspect of your work)
Because I complained the first year you had to come out on December 16th 2025 to carry out this work.

Can just leave them to get on with the job. We were overseas whilst they carried out the drive cleaning and we are highly delighted with the result so now having the back patio treated. 5 treatments on the drive frome August 2025 to approx November

The work is always done well and we have had no previous problems at all. But for our latest treatment the communications were poor. We had a text and an email confirming a time and date and no one showed up.

I have had almost 3 years of your service and I find, to my regret, that, although the lawn my be a little more aerated and there is a little less thatch, it now has more weeds than it had when you first came to give it a lawn dressing. I Thank you for the useful things your staff have done, but I have come to the conclusion that I am not seeing true value for my money. Having taken yearly contracts (starting July 1st 2024) I shall honour the June 1st, monthly payment, to complete this year's contract.
I shall then instruct my bank to terminate the standing direct debit. and we shall cease to have any further obligations to each other.

A good job on aeriation and scarification needed more top dress and seed in my bare patches for £800+ total cost

The grass is really lush after 4 Quarterly treatments. Just needs mowing now.

TEAM ARRIVED ON TIME AND FRIENDLY TO SPRAY PARKING AREA WITH WEEDKILLER - FIRST STAGE OF CLEANING PROCESS.
THIS WAS CARRIED OUT ON TH 15TH MAY - BECAUSE OF DRY CONDITIONS AS INSTRUCTED I WATERED AREA. AS YET THERE IS NO SIGN OF WEEDS DYING BACK!

No problems with the service but after my years using GT I’m beginning to see less reaction/improvement from my lawn after a visit which is a concern.

I had my lawn treated in the past and could see how the treatments are boosting the look of the lawn. for different reasons I stopped it after few years and started it again about a year and half ago and this time with a monthly payment as they said they give an additional treatment. Since then my lawn was treated in a pair of treats - each time every 2 treatments were done in a gap of 1-2 months and after that about 4-5 months gap. the results can be seen on the lawn. It looks as if there is nothing was done. last treatment was end of January called "Spring ready" and it said the treatment will start work when the right condition come - not sure what is the right condition as I cannot see anything and the Summer treatment is in few days.
very disappointment and seriously consider if to continue.
