I’ve used green metro for a number of years and as I run a business I work late at night and I’ve put a lot of customer there way.. unfortunately that won’t be happening anymore and I’ve changed company’s. The person on the switch in the office in the evening is rude and unprofessional and the driver I had last time couldn’t wait a couple of minutes for me to make my way out to the car and instead drove off and was rude when I phoned him to ask where he was. The new company I’m using are professional and much better and wait a couple of minutes if I ask them too.

I use green metro cars very frequently to and from the royal Berkshire hospital as my daughter can be quite poorly. They're always on time, very polite and always help me with my things that I have to take for my baby too. Folding and unfolding the buggy to put my baby in is never too much trouble. Thank you.

Used Green metro for an airport transfer, very good service eary arrival, didn't mind waiting and travelling to another address to pick up other family members, surprisingly cheap fare, very happy.
