A product stopped working directly after Guarantee ended. After somem mails going back and forth the company offered a 10 % discount in the next purchase. Customer Orientation is different! Surely there will be no other purchase with this company. The second star is for the effort of 4 mails.

Lenovo Laptop is crap!!! Greencell batteries are great!!!
I ordered the battery for my laptop. Unfortunally, the laptop manufacturer LENOVO made it impossible to use aftermarket battery (only original) because Lenovo use some kind of autentication chip in their batteries.
I will never buy a Lenovo Laptop again because of this. I have a Greencell in a Dell Laptop and it works great (better than new).For that reason, i was completly refunded for the total amount that i spent.
I recommend this store and battery manufacturer everytime.

Item purchased through Amazon and immediately arrived in the rural south of France. UPS performed as expected with a basically edited English version of manual found on internet. SNMP network card specifications and compatibility specs would have been nice. Network connectivity still in progress

Dear Green Cell -
I ran into one problem when fitting the new battery which arrived a few days ago. Perhaps you will be able to make your 'user manual' more effective if I tell you what happened.
Everything arrived safely. However, I didn't notice that the replacement 'track support', which stands vertically and is bolted to the cycle frame, was inside the battery track itself. Because it was in the locked position the brass pin at the top was holding it secure. I therefore thought that there was something missing. Why not make this explicit in the notes. Then, if it's in red print or highlighted in some way, no one will make the same mistake. I eventually found my mistake and the battery is now safely in position. Thank you. Ranald

Won't recommend to anybody
Purchased Greencell laptop battery straight from Greecell. Initialized the battery like said in instructions. In Initializion process the battery died everytime when battery still had 7-8 procent left. After the process used the battery few days until the battery got flat and after that totally died, the laptop didn't start and the battery didn't receive any power.
Contacted the Greencell via their website guarantee form and after that sent also two e-mails, because no one contacted me about the guarantee matter although website said so. It's been almost a month now and still no contact from Greencell in this guarantee matter.
So i don't recommend this brand to anybody and please think twice before you purchase anything from this brand, thank you.
