The delivery is way out ofutime.they cannot help with the change in address. I left the country and cant pick up the package . I just hope i will get my refund.

This was a second time purchase for me, previously for a lap top battery which continues to serve well, this time for a phone battery which is still building its charge for maximum capacity. Payment this time was less straightforward because the system appeared to default to PayPal when I thought I’d selected card, like before, but the Green Cell support helped very swiftly. Delivery is a bit lengthy, I suppose because the stock is in Poland. The required installation tools were all included, though with no instructions so I relied on You Tube where there’s plenty of choice. I’d buy again from them again, there’s a very wide range of products.

I bought a power bank which developed a fault. I contacted Green Cell for assistance in getting a repair. I was advised that my power bank was out of warrantee. Green Cell, I knew that! I need a repair, plain and simple. I told them I'd repair it myself as it's the USC C socket that's loose.

Excellent service.

I got my own supervisor Nathalie Poulain, and she was friendly and gave fast replies and good service.

Ordered a new battery for my old laptop. Arrived super-fast. Battery works great! When I realized that I had typed in the wrong address, I could quickly reach out to them via Instagram and correct my error in very short time before the order was shipped.

I sent link to your support for ask information of the battery, Without any promotion in amazon the price was in 30€, after this the price increase to double I cannot buy now the battery for this price sorry. Bouth we lost time in this.

GreenCell sent me a replacement on my UPS and no questions were asked. Fantastic service. Great Team.

Reason for my rate is that the delivery took very long, almost a month.
Delivery company GLS logistics requires optimization for my current home address. Almost one month delivery time is unaceptable.

I heard a noise and it went out.

I asked if they sold a specific type of battery, and they explained to me they didn't. Therefore, it was a good experience, as everything went well, but not the best one as I would, for sure, have prefered they did.

I bought a Green Cell brand inverter from them and it stopped working after a month of operation. After speaking with their support service, I agreed that since it is still under warranty, they will replace it.
So I'm very satisfied with the response so far.
