A good product is useless without proper documentation
Nice product, some big Flaws here and there and kinda good customer service, if you are willing to wait some days for a response.
Tl;dr I had a problem that was caused by misconfiguration, they took some time to find the solution and I had to fix it myself. But overall, it's ok.
Well, I had a non-documented problem with a UPS that was beeping every two minutes while on Line Mode.
That was caused by an assembly misconfiguration (probably happened in the factory) of the Line IN socket.
So, generally speaking, the UPS was good (the Delivery was done by Amazon) but I was quite speechless about this gross error (which I didn't understand up till the third time I emailed support).
I hope they'd do more quality assurance for a product that costs 500+ Euros.
My experience with the support was kinda meh, I mean, in the end, they figured out what was wrong thanks to the technicians they discussed.
That being said, what I'm questioning, is mainly the response time, which was 1 email every 2-3 days (which is just "ok").
That being said, I had to manually fix the problem by opening up the UPS (guided by a small document given me by the support on how to invert the cables inside the UPS).
Green Cell inverter, part.nr. INV22, 1500W- 3000W peak
I bought an Pure sine inverter Green Cell 12V 1500W-3000W peek, code: INV 22 and after 3 weeks of normal funcționîng he gave in. I got in touch with Green Cell for servicing and after few email exchanges they sent me a new one. I want to thank them for this.

Bought 1 2000VA UPS
Bought 1 2000VA UPS, arrived broken with the casing cracked. Was replaced through Amazon, second one also had a damaged casing but moreover did not even turn on. Sent the second one back and recieved some small amount of money back for the first one, but still, terrible.
Also the support for monitoring the UPS using NUT by the customer support was terrible, ultimately i had to find the solution myself through trial and error as well as several hours of research on forums, as this was not described in the user manual nor acknowledged to even be possible by the customer support

Suitable remote
GC seems to be quite a big company. Find it a little odd not having their ”own”
remote to your inverters. ”You can use any remote” doesn’t quite make it. It’s not that easy to find ”any” remote, especially since there is RJ10, RJ11 and RJ45 connectors out there. Most all other brands only supply the remote togeather with their own inverter. Soooo, try to get an offer for a suitable remote in your webbbshop or supply interested GC-buyers with a suggestion of suitable unit.
Solar Charge Controller CNT01 incomplete User guide
I recently bought Green Cell Solar Charge Controller CNT01. I checked paper manual delivered with the product, but I found that there is not enough information how to operate the unit. Guide delivered with the product contains only 4 pages. After communication with Green Cell I got more detailed user guide in electronic format (PDF). This one is covering product usage by 8 pages. Even so, it is still incomplete and there is, by company statement, no better documentation. Missing is part describing RS232 communication details (baud rate etc.) as well as software supporting this feature. Missing is also technical specification of the battery temperature sensor despite the fact, that device has socket for that purpose.
Additional finding: I analyzed signals on RS232 socket with digital osciloscope. I found that there is no output at all. It seems that claimed RS232 communication with unit is not the case...
Errata: RS232 was finally resolved - additional documentation was provided by the support. It is a pity that that additional documentation is not exposed on Green Cell site together with product manual.

No warranty
I ordered a few batteries from them, the capacity is lower than the original, but they were working. Unfortunately I also ordered one that stopped working and even though they claim they have a year long warranty no one bothered replying to any of my emails.
I sent the battery back with tracked shipping so I know that they've received it. Terrible customer support.

Great experience. I was in doubt of what company I should order my new PC battery and after checking several webpages, I ended up ordering at Green Cell. The price was good and the website looked all right.
I was surpirsed by the quick delivery, the battery came already after few working days. The new battery has change my computers lifespan and it makes me very happy. Thank you for a nice experience, Green Cell.
