I purchased a battery for my laptop 11 months ago and it suddenly would no longer charge. I contacted Green Cell and they immediately sent out a replacement. Excellent customer service.

Reliable UPS however it's missing one most important feature which is rj45 port for sending events to email. Support informed me i need to have UPS connected always to the PC in order to send emails as independently it's not possible. Apparently none of their models has this crucial feature.

amazing customer service solved in a couple of hours.

Bought a replacement laptop battery from them and it arrived faulty. Refund was sent minus shipping cost and it was our responsibility to return. Left us almost £10 out of pocket. Terrible service.

I was trying to tracking the order, but find out that the order was cancelled. Order n. WHWGPOCZA
After open a ticket, GreenCell cancel the initial order (they found a system error) and create a new one.
Finally, on the 7/11, after 14 days, I've received the material.

Due quite some comments about the cable of a battery being too short for the intended device I contacted Greencell. They assured me that that problem had been fixed and no more complaints were received.
Therefore I decided to order the battery. Unfortunately, the battery I received still had the too short cable. Therefore I got in contact again with Greencell. They were not able to provide a solution to the issue.

At first the battery that arrived was totally dead, but I couldn't blame them the laptop is 7 years old and maybe the battery haven't been charged in years, but I contacted the customer support and they sent me another one without asking any question and I have received the battery 2 days ago, I have been testing it out and it seems that it is working good!

I've been in trouble with an inverter after one year of use and without any problem on warrenty claim on two days the Custoner Support release for a replacement unit.

I ordered the wrong item and couldn't cancel the order. However, the support allowed me to return it without any cost

Good product delivered in time

Poor service overall. Ordered a product. Website said it would be with my by monday. The product was "attempted" to get delivered on thursday and then dound out it was returned to sender. Greencell then thought it would be a good idea to ask if i want my money back or if they should send the product again to which i said i ordered it for a reason but then i never got it anyway. Absolute waste of time. The one i found on amazon was with me next day and was hassle free.

The UPS AiO 800 VA in-line is responding well to my needs.(Protection of tv, internet boxes and pc...)
Quick delivery in time and well packed againts eventual damages.
Installed for one week up to now...
No more disturbances due to grid failures since that date.
The documentation and advertising should explain a bit better there are 3 plugs to by-pass and 3 plugs protected by AVR and batteries..

Hi UPS works OK, but it is noisy in stand-by mode, the UPS program don’t work, you advise me to use upsilicon 2000 but it don’t work on Win 11, it seems I have to wait for a fix for your UPS program
UPS not noisy anylonger, placed it on a isolating mat, and the noise disapered. Waiting for the updated UPS program

I bought a Laptop battery from a Swedish site. When the battery was broken after 10 months the Swedish company refused to replace it because they only gave 3 months warranty. Greencell, who made the battery, gives 1 year guarantee, so when I contacted them they where very quick in their mail response and sent a replacement without hesitation. Excellent service from Greencell.

There was a small problem with the shipment and I reported it to Green Cell and in 48 hours I had the package at home. An excellent after-sales service

I purchased a battery from a Romanian reseller and the product quality was very poor.
When asking for a replacement they asked me to send the product in Poland on my expense. Not a suitable solution.
