Absolutely every delivery I've had from GreenCell (directly through their website or through Amazon) has had issues... 5 times in 3 Months.

All packages and UPC arrive damaged (what a silly idea to put the UPC box in another package, too big, suddenly the inverter "slips" in the big shipping box and arrives damaged, every time).

GreenCell UPC are of excellent quality, but the delivery service (especially in France) is a real rubbish. I've never had any delivery problems with their main competitor, so I won't be ordering from GreenCell anymore (I'm tired of making after-sales service tickets every time).

Like:
- the quality of the product is great,
- The support response was helpful

I don't like:
- There is no proper documentation for the product on the website (a shame).
- the documentation available is poor quality, only very superficial - not technically acceptable.

The Dublin GLS Depot is hopelessley inept.
They lost my goods , having travelled from Poland through France & finally on to Dublin. There has been no tracking or delivery since then.
Areplacement battery has been Ordered again , left Poland & departed France today, lets hope those Dublin morons dont loose it once more. I wont hold my breath.

Was querying about differences between products

My Galaxy S7 battery was original and only good for a few hours before it required charging, other than the battery the phone is in great condition and functions well. Because of this, I didn't want to change the phone unless I had to, finding a decent battery to replace the original isn't as easy as it should be with lots of knock offs and rebranded second hand batteries floating around online.

I decided to give Green Cell a try, they were priced higher but I was willing to spend the extra if it would keep my smartphone going for a few more years. I purchased through Battery Empire.

It's been about a week since I changed the battery and my phone went from 3 hours of useable life to lasting the entire day with some charge to spare. The battery was dispatched very quickly and communication throughout the process we fantastic.

From my experience, I will recommend and use Green Cell again!

I still don’t have my order. I don’t know, why you accept the payment, if the product was out of stock. When I placed an order, there wasn’t any message, that product out of stock. If i would see it, I don’t place the order.

My experience is 0 from 5. None of the recommendations helped me and I was left with my problem. Non of my 2 UPS03 connected to any of my and my neighbors’ laptops.

The UPS (1500VA) whines (coil whine) like crazy when electricity is on and fan is too loud when there is no electricity. This both sounds are easily heard from another room through 2 doors.
Also, link to download controlling software (to turn beeps off) is just plain hidden. Usually, downloads are under Support menu, and not a small "Here" word on marketing webpage.

Thank you, I have got some explanations I needed before the ordering, I got the device in very short time. There was a small damage of casing of the device during transportation. I hope it will not have any influence using it.

Purchased a PW23Y battery from my Dell XPS laptop, and it worked brilliantly.

About a year later the touchpad started to lift and I mad the mistake of assuming it was dust under the touchpad.

It was the battery which had expanded. Contacted Green Cell just outside the warranty and was told it was out of warranty. They offered me a 10
% discount and then a 15% discount, but said they couldn't supply the battery for 6 months! and it was still more expensive than resellers of the same Green Cell battery.

So failed after 12 months and I can't get a replacement even if I'm willing to pay.

These are expensive batteries and have proved to be as bad or worse then the cheapest crap you get on Alibaba or eBay
