I bought a laptop batter in January and it will not charge up. It is at 0% all the time despite being plugged in. There is a 1year warranty on the battery so I have complained and so far have had no response. The only contact details I can find on line are by email or a premium charge phone line.

I bought a charger and was quite happy with it until it broke after less than a year. I filed a warranty claim on July 1st, but customer service didn't respond within 26 days even after sending them 2 reminders.

what a shock; we thought this was a british company however, all publicly known uk phone numbers do not work, no way to contact them and when you go through seller site (e.g. eBay or Amazon), they take days to respond and clearly not UK based. Bought a brand new batter which arrived in disgraceful damaged condition and without any customer care or focus, they took their time to simply say they'll send us a return label so we can take this 20kg battery UPS to drop-off point, no hint if they are sending replacement or refund...and when? still waiting

Nice package with handy tools, and it was a good start. But then after a year the battery suddenly began to lose its capacity very quickly. System warned me that battery is corrupted. It is piece of junk right now. Fully charged lasts for 10 min and dies without warning.

I made a question and in around 5 or 6 minutes i had answer...and was a professional answer.
You tell me if the pakage will not arrives on 26th (today) call you.
Well... i have the battery 24 hours ago....amazing thinking about this... Poland- Guadalajara in less than a week... high level!!!!

I had a problem with my laptop battery (13th, January, 2023) and it still had warranty. I contacted with the support team. They gave a respectful (to the customer), an admirable and the right/expected answer. Days later (25th, January, 2023) I received the new battery (free of charge). The experience is really good. Thank you for this amazing customer service.

UPS REALLY GREAT! TOO BAD THE SOFTWARE DOESN'T WORK FOR WINDOWS 11 . IT WORKS BUT I TURN OFF THE NVIDIA DRIVER!!! IT'S NOT GOOD AND IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE TURNED OFF. I HOPE A NEW SOFTWARE HAS TO COME OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! WHAT I SPENT IS MORE THAN 500 EUROS AND IT IS NO SMALL THING.

Bought a battery for my DELL laptop Oct-2022. After a week the battery started to discharge faster and faster. By early Dec. the battery had stopped working. Then I made a complaint about the battery to Green Cell (04-Dec-2022), got a case number and in the mail I got they wrote "A member of our customer service team will contact you shortly". Sent a reminder just before Christmas but no response from Green Cell so far When I removed the battery from the computer, I discovered that the middle cell is broken. It has expanded to double the thickness and the casing around is discolored due to heat. I'm lucky that the battery didn't start to burn

First, the inverter is very well built. I can say because I've opened it, the engineering is admirable,clean. Second, it do exactly his job. The power is real (mine is 1500Watt continuous, I've tested that's true). All the security works (overheating, overload, low tension). I've had a problem (my fault, I'm guilty) and the customers assistance has been very fast and resolutive, they send me a brand new one!!! Full stop.

I received a DOA 2700w UPS and I have been unable to get support or a replacement. I have had to initiate a chargeback for a refund. Just go buy an APC.

I only received a partial refund for my product

After five to six months the battery I purchased stop working properly, only lasting about 20-30 minutes on full charge. I contacted customer service, they replied fast and after a quick review of the warranty and barcodes it was eligible for a replacement. Currently I am looking forward to the new battery and hoping that it lasts much more time.

In 2021 bought in site of the company Battery Empery (a Green Cell company) a laptop Lenovo battery. After 6 months didn't accept more charge, the laptop worked 5 minutes. Contacted them, they said that have had a problem with these batteries, and would refund the purchase. Also recommended to buy a new model of battery in their site. I bought but didn't complete the payment until Green Cell refunded me. After a week they canceled the purchase, and stopped of reply. For me, Green Cell never more.

Bought a 2000VA PSU from them.

It works as a UPS, BUT
- there is no linux software (which we bought it partially because the website said it did have)
- the idle power consumption is very high (25W load becomes 55W!)
- There is no way to disable the beeping of the unit - there is a NUT command `beeper.toggle` but it has no effect.

But I found the solution. I had to uninstall your gcups program first, then uninstall the drivers that were left after gcups. And only then install Upsilon_2000.

The ordered product was never delivered and when I asked, they asked for more money. First, my order was not found. Then you should have paid more. Messages were answered very slowly, more than a day late. It took many weeks to handle the matter. In the meantime, my customer already had time to cancel his order.

you think I can't read users manual?? looool
I needed a solution, not a snap of user manual. lousy product, lousy customer support

My problem is not solved, and no one has obviously tried the path that was offered to me.

I installed the old version of the program, but it requires a lot of parameters, and with the answers from support every two days, I would not have filled them out in a month.

No one has suggested other options, so I just use UPS without an app.
