They do not cover! They keep postponing and they invent more and more needed documentation

Have had an insurance case in Cameroon where we had an insurance made through Gras Savoye.
It has now taken almost 2 years since we had an accident and filed the case to Gras Savoye and they just keep postponing things, inventing new demands for documentation, do only respond to us after several emails and calls, and then just with information that they are treating our case.
Find another insurance broker - they are really not a serious company. They doesn't take any responsibility or do anything for you. The only thing they are good at is to invoice you - here they do not fail!
