I’ve looked into your order and can see that it was placed on a Saturday and shipped out on the next working day (Monday) via DPD. According to the tracking information, the parcel was delivered on the Wednesday — which is within our standard delivery window of 3–5 working days.

That said, we’re very sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. We never want a customer to be unhappy with their purchase, and we’d be more than happy to offer a replacement or a full refund. Order

Ordered some bulbs for a slit lamp which came the next day. Also spoke to someone on the phone regarding the order and he was excellent. Cant fault the service.

WOULD HAVE EXPECTED BETTER!

THE BULB THAT WAS ORDERED WAS OVER £60 AND ARRIVED IN A JIFFY BAG. DON'T THINK I NEED TO SAY ANYMORE.

The bulb was packed in a box inside the jiffy bag, and as we haven't been contacted to tell us otherwise, I assume that it arrived with you undamaged. If this is not the case, please do get in touch so that we can rectify the situation for you as quickly as possible.
