18905223- ordered an excellent condition watch, came with loads of marks and lacquer peel, dirt in the speakers. Asked for a replacement as it wasn’t up to the standard that I paid for, went through the hassle of returning the watch and waited for a new one, for the same one to be sent back to me. Couldn’t write it. Safe to say a full refund has been requested. My 8 year old Apple Watch that I’m replacing is in better condition than the one I kept receiving. Service has been good however and speedy. Helpful to resolve the problem

Mixed experience
Initial postage pack never arrived delaying the process as I had to chase it up and actual valuations end up for lower than the initial quote (more than 3x) but I imagine that is similar across all companies. Rest of the process was straightforward and efficient.

The only positive thing was the speedy payment!!
Sent my phone back on a valuation of up to £301, this is where they get you. Initially was offered £190?! WTF questioned this and counter offered. Was Initially told it was because scarthes not visible from arms length, dent in corner and general wear and tear. I offered that it had been in a case and screen protector had been on since day 1 so not sure how they come to this so I asked for photos of said damage. None forthcoming but the next email mentioned battery performance again not mentioned prior. Getting nowhere with time to accept running out I accepted the £195 as couldn't trust tgat they would send it back as carefully packaged as I had sent to them.
In my last email I sent them photos of the phone prior to sending and of me packaging the phone to show the condition.
Attempts to call were fruitless as the phoneline doesn't work. Emails are answered but when you have a clock ticking it would be helpful to talk to someone.
Overall not the best experience and certainly will not be recommending or using them again!!
