I have been purchasing products from Gorilla Mind for over a year now. The products are of high quality, and they deliver what's promised. It is a testament to their products that I continue to expand upon the items I purchase.
Their customer service is first-rate. They offer prompt replies to queries that always tend to the customer's needs. All in all, a great company to deal with.

First two weeks in and absolutely loving the pre workout (stim free). Tried a couple other products and I’m sure they will be awesome.

Another awesome thing is their incredible service. Response time is amazing. Also, just the quality of service. Didn’t hesitate once to make sure they make the customer happy in the best possible way they could.

I had a question about my product after receiving my order. I never in my life had such a quick response that addressed literally all my concerns all in one email. The preworkout absolutely does what it says it does, I’m full, strong, getting more reps and energized. GM has been without a doubt not only absolutely consistent but great customer service.

I've had nothing but positive experiences for about a year. And customer service has been very helpful every single time.

Don‘t understand the negative feedbacks. Payment and shipping worked without problems and customer support was also reasonably fast.

I've been ordering my preworkout from GM for about a year now and have always received the correct order in a relatively timely manner. I had sent a question about a deal on Saturday and had a response by midday on Monday. Then proceeded to buy more preworkout.

shipping not always perfect (missing product / wrong product at times). quick to respond though so not bad. product quality is 5/5.

I have been a customer for a couple years because I liked that they seemed transparent with no bs when it came to the ingredients of their products. But after ordering off Amazon I got this warning… Proposition 65 Warning for California Consumers
WARNING: Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including Mercury and mercury compounds which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm and Lead which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Because I have been trusting/consuming gorilla mind products for some time now I was a little surprised when I saw this warning and reached out to their customer support to get some clarification.

I have reached out 8 times now. Simply asking “do your products contain mercury or any other heavy metals.” They refuse to answer the question. Instead, I receive very immature responses that are clearly written to side step the actual question. At first I thought maybe the person responding was just ignorant -but after the 4th response it was clear they were specifically not answering the question.

Even after I followed up- asking them to please answer the question about mercury being present in their products. Nothin. Radio silence.

Anyway, don’t usually leave negative reviews but I am tired of people misleading and lying to costumers to peddle fake/dangerous products.

I would even pull down this review if someone from the company would reply honestly.

I have a lot of respect for Derick but feel like he needs to get a grip of his costumer service- and if he is indeed pushing products with heavy metals and lying to their consumers about what in it…. While claiming to be all about “transparency”… shame on you, Rogan and anyone else blindly supporting you and your scam products.

If I could give less than one star I would. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT EVER! Don't EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE BY PAID FOR 2 day FEDX SHIPMENT FOR AT LEAST A WEEK! Communication responses are only by email and they don't even read them, but tell you to look at their shipping policy 🤔 I would never place another order from this company again

Don't mention anything on their website about quality and purity testing of their supplements, nor even verifying the ingredients' identities. Likely means that they don't do any of this, so there's zero guarantee that their ingredients and doses are genuine.

The products that I've tried from Gorilla Mind have been amazing, but my experience with the website's payment processing, customer service and delivery system were dismal. Had to make the same order twice after the first one was cancelled (thankfully wasn't charged) and the product arrived 5 days later than it should have and didn't include a scoop.
If you're going to order the pre-workout, do it from Amazon and spare yourself the hassle.

Order got canceled immediately after payment cleared. Haven't seen refund. Shady.

My phone number was sold or given away by Gorilla Mind. Since purchasing Once from this website I have since been bombarded with other texts and phone calls about other similar products. Will NEVER purchase from this company again.

I tried to order on their website and they immediately cancelled my order. Haven’t received refund since.

Don’t shop here…

Fake site, they cancelled my order claiming fraudulent card and when I asked for evidence they have not responded and they said my money will be refunded in 5 business days.

It's been more than 20 days.

They have a monkey working in customer service that obviously doesn't know how to read and reply to an email.

Is there a way to report this company?

I love Derek and been a huge fan but dealing with his business has been a complete sham.

I tested 2 bottles of his Turkesterone as well as his Smooth and Shroom products, I didn't get any results from it and left an honest lengthy review of my protocol and have since not seen it published or received ANY communication from their team.

They offer a satisfaction guarantee which is clearly fake and they will not hold themselves to it. Do not be fooled, the company is clearly not run by Derek and their customer support is a sham.

If they're willing to doctor and cherry pick their reviews, who's to say they aren't also fake reviews?

This website is a fraudulent, be super careful!

I spent more than 130$ on some of their products and after payment took place, they cancelled my order automatically in a weird way and kept the money.

I sent them multiple emails with no positive reply. So BE CAREFUL.

I think most of the reviews on their website are scams.

In my opinion Gorilla mind has the absolute best products on the market. I am an advocate for late-night workouts and thanks to their stim-free pre-workout Gorilla mode nitric I can get a solid amount of energy and an insane pump without the caffeine so I can still get to bed afterward, I would 100% recommend it. I have also tried gorilla mind smooth which is pretty decent for focus and clarity although I am still new to it so I can't give an accurate assessment of it but it's not bad by any means.
Customer service is also quite good as i have
e-mailed them several times and they usually get back to me in one or two days which is pretty good.
I also received the product in about 1 and a half weeks in the UK which is also quite good.
Overall its a good experience shopping at gorilla mind and using their products.

If I could go lower I would. Products are fine, but customer service and the business altogether is an absolute joke. I spent over $100 on products to not show up at my door. Derek knows a lot about fitness but he clearly has no idea how to run a business.

I'm a big fan of Derek (MPMD) and it's through his YouTube channel that I first discovered Gorilla Mind. The products seem to be top-notch judging by my experience so far which is no surprise given the time and thought he seems to have put into formulating them.

Originally this was a much lower scored review as I was waiting literally months (3 to be exact!) for my order and it seemed like I was going to have to give up any hope of ever getting my stuff after a lot of emails to support and still no resolution, but thankfully finally someone there helped and got a replacement order shipped ASAP as well as giving me a free shipping code and free tub of glycerol for the inconvenience.

It was a lot of hassle but the products are very good and I'm hoping that it was just a combination of fledgling business teething problems plus covid-related supply chain problems, so I'm going to order again once I've finished the stuff I've got now. If I have a normal buying experience next time I'll be back to upgrade this review.
