Reorder as a repeat customer. Ordered 2 powder creatine and one capsule. Accidentally got sent 3 powders, emailed and capsules were in the mail next day. Definitely ordering again as everything I have used has been great quality and dosent taste like ass!

Had a small issue with the order. Reached out to customer support, received a response within an hour and Danny solved my issue in minutes!

There shipping cost to Canada is absolutely absurd. I’ve been watching Derek for a while now and am absolutely disappointed. The cheapest option to ship to Canada is 30 USD, then when they showed up it was 36$!11 of duty on top of that. On the checkout page their was no indication of that. So I looked around and on their legal page it says duties apply on international shipping. And I’m bold that we are not responsible for that. So obviously people email their support saying this is absolutely absurd. Love Derek but terrible company for consumer relations.

Great products with transparent labels. Never worried what I bought actually had what was on the label on the inside. Only had to reach out to customer support once or twice and they were always more than helpful when I did.

Great products, good refund policies, solid customer service. One of the top supplement companies in the world. Supplements are dosed properly, ingredients are top tier and products all around taste great.

I really can't think of any reason to give them less than 5. Derrick is a great spokesman and very transparent. The company makes itself available for concerns and questions regarding their products. I especially appreciate their cortisol blocker and glucose disposal agent suppliments. Yes, their products appear to be pricey for someone on a budget, but they are effective and maybe not for everyone.
