I literally love all of their products. And their customer service is amazing as well. There’s been a couple of times where part of my order was missed, but they’ve always been quick to fix it. Best pre out there too, can’t live without it. I highly recommend! 💯

Kaylina was my agent, super helpful and resolved the issue right away.. included all links and info needed without even being asked. Product is great as well, energy drinks are bomb as fuhhh, like Kaylina.

I have been using the gorilla mind products for quite some time now. Very please with the products and customer support. Also I like how they care about the products they sale and want to improve people’s lives, not just fill a container full of “stuff” just to make buck.

Customer service is what sets this company apart. Without top-notch customer service, I would not be leaving this review. It took 6 days from the time I placed my order until it shipped then took an additional 7 days for shipping.

I absolutely love trying all the new energy drinks Gorilla Mind has put out. I try to snag the new flavors when they launch as their energy drinks are great but also there are many flavors I've never had before even with other companies! Recently I purchased the Lychee and awaited their delivery. I received a notification from FedEx on the day they were to be delivered that the package was damaged. Feeling disappointed that I wasn't going to be able to receive any as they were sold-out by that time, customer service reassured me they had some extras set aside foe these situations. I was so grateful and they immediately shipped out a new case for me at no charge. Well unfortunately FedEx emailed again that the package became damaged during transit and I would not be receiving them. I contacted customer service again and they were just absolutely amazing, they offered a refund or another package to be sent. I couldn't give up on them so I asked for another package to be sent. They immediately got that package (third time's the charm right?) And by the grace of God I received the package on the third try! It was worth every second waiting. You just can't beat these energy drinks and honestly you can't beat the customer service. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Customer Service is what made this a 4 star, the other star missing is due to the preworkout.

I ordered the Volcano Burst preworkout, it gives no pump, super chalky, because of the creatine, and the flavor just gave me headaches.

I spoke to Customer Service about it and I was issued a full refund, shoutout to Audrey for the amazing service.

Pricey but designer products. Had a package of energy drinks damaged by courier (Fedex) and GM refunded me, no hassle. Product was out of stock which prevented sending replacement. That’s the only drawback aside from price really, trouble maintaining inventory;

Great products backed by science with competitive prices. The only thing I feel is missing is an Unflavored gorilla mode or a product without sucralose. I understand it's hard to stay competitive (price/taste) using Stevia or other natural sweeteners. An Unflavored option would be cheaper to produce and easy fix for your customers who would prefer to avoid sucralose. Keep on bringing the heat!

Great products, and shipping is usually very fast. I had a slight delay on my most recent order, but when contacted support Kiira was extremely helpful and accommodating.

If you want a supplement company that cares about their customers and produces awesome products, Gorilla Mind is it. When i received my Peanut Butter Bars to have been ALL wrapped in grocery type coolant bags with coolants inside so my bars would not melt when its close to 90 degrees about blew me away. To have a company that provides a ticket number with EVERY customer service request and always follows up in a timely manner in unheard. They say a company even with great products is ONLY as good as their customer service is SO TRUE. Thank you 1000% for this approach and standard to truly being a TOP NOTCH supplement company in ALL aspects of your business model, truly World Class in all you do.

Ordered 2 of one item and only received 1. Emailed support about it and not even 10 minutes later, I got a response and order confirmation for the missing item.
