I place my order on April 2nd today is…
I place my order on April 2nd today is April 16th and I haven't received my order. I left a message with the company that has went unanswered. There have been zero communication about my order status. This company don't even have a phone number to call. If I could give a zero I would instead of the one star. Guess I have to call my bank and start the process of trying to get my money back.

been a customer since 2017 never had a complaint till feb of 2020 I received a pair of wrong jeans I emailed DM and messaged GD but they replied 3 days later the person who contacted me was kind and told me he would contact me the next day to make sure I got the jeans I wanted this was on a Friday he was gonna have someone look for them but he didn’t contact me so Next week on a Tuesday I reached out and didn’t get a reply till Thursday and the person who helped me out did not even apologize.
