This company is not legitimate. They did not ship my package, provided tracking information but post office never received the package. When I tried to call their office number, no one ever answered. I tried messaging them on Instagram, they responded they would check into it but said package is delayed. They have now blocked me from commenting to warn other customers on their website.

Great Customer Service
The original product I received (iPad wireless keyboard) was only working when plugged in. After emailing support, they helped me troubleshoot to see if that would fix the issue. When the troubleshoots were not working, they sent me a replacement at no charge. Throughout the whole experience Angelo was very helpful.

BEWARE of their "one year limited warranty"claims
BEWARE - Limited One Year Warranty is VERY limited.
Angelo from the company responds "Our return or replacement policy is valid 30 days from date of delivery." 6 weeks after purchase case cracked in one corner - Angelo replied the above comment to my complaint.
8 months after purchase of keyboard keys start printing double letters... once again Angelo replies the "Our return or replacement policy is valid 30 days from date of delivery." This product is definitely
Buyer Beware as their customer limited one year warranty is not honoured in any way or for any issues.
Angelo offered to send me a new battery for keyboard on a January 9 email and then refused to do so.
Please DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.
The answer they provide is just a standard reply as they have not reached out to me to fix this issue-again they do not resolve issues after they see your $$$

This company is truly a scam
This company is truly a scam. I ordered the iPad Air case thinking it was a good product . However within minutes of reading reviews not from their website I realized that this product was probably a scam. It was totally my fault not doing thorough research before buying . After 10 minutes since I paid, I sent a follow up email to please cancel my order . There was no number to call or anything .
18 hours later they shipped the product anyway . Robbery . Even though I emailed 10 mins after placing the order to cancel my order , they are taking $25 off my full refund and I had to pay $15 to ship it back to them .
This company is a SCAM . No company that truly believes in their product would force people to pay $40 just to return a product they didn’t want / unsatisfied with and tried to cancel right away .
I never even open the package because I know it’s garbage and they take more money out of your refund if you open the package .

Beware of their very short return policy
Beware that their return policy is only 14 days even during the holiday season. My husband ordered me a watch case for Christmas and of course he ordered it more than 14 days beforehand considering how shipping can be in December. The case and band are way too big on me and now I am stuck with a $150 case that is useless to me. Most companies make exceptions to their return policy at Christmas time, but they do not.

In several of their Black Friday ads there was a code to save $ on the item(s) one could use to have the Black Friday deal. Every single time I tried applying the code (s) it never worked.
After reaching out to the company concerning the frustration I was experiencing using the code, they sent me a new code to apply and it worked!
I then purchased the item I wanted with a Black Friday discount.

Rarely do I wish for a 0 star option. This company is a scam. I purchased a case for my new iPad as well as a mouse. Didn’t get to use the mouse as the keyboard in the case would not charge. Obviously a bad battery. “Angelo” responded to my support email with a list of instructions, this I understand. None of these things corrected a bad battery but I tried them, when I responded I was asked to send a short video of the problem. How am I to video the case charging overnight but still being a 2% battery? When I simply asked for a return label I was directed to the STRICT return policy that even requires you to have the decorative paper sleeve that came around the box. They obviously resell these faulty items as I noticed a scratch on my case as well. Stay away from this shady company and buy your iPad case from Amazon where they are 1/3 the price and the buyer has some protection. I fell prey to this as they were recommended to me by a friend and so wish I had come here first to see reviews. “Angelo” will likely respond to this as if they care but they got my money and very much do not care to make anything right. (Sent from an iPad with no case)
UPDATE: the case I ordered from Amazon for $60 is this exact case expect the battery in the keyboard isn’t bad. Please beware before buying this from Gold and Cherry

Great customer service. I purchased an ipad keyboard case and it had some annoying “glitches” which made it unusable. I emailed customer service and received a response in less than a day. They suggested I go through a series of re-starting, re-pairing, etc. which I did but problem didn’t go away. I sent another email reporting my results and they sent me a new one immediately. While we all don’t love receiving goods that are defective, it does happen sometimes and it’s how the company responds to such issues that ultimately counts. They didn’t run me around, argue with me, etc. and took care of the issue promptly and with concern of my satisfaction. Regarding the keyboard case, I love it. It’s great quality and pairs quickly and easily. The keyboard is solid with a good feel, especially for fast typing. It is substantial in weight so it sits securely on your lap without moving around. Closes and opens easily yet solidly. Very happy with it and love the location (on the side) of the slip tab for the Apple pencil (it doesn’t get in the way when opening and closing the case lid.

I recently purchased a case for my iPad. When I got it set up, I discovered that the iPad really doesn’t work. I have sent emails and phone calls but no one has gotten back to me. I gave this review one star because that was the lowest grade I could give them from my experience and they do not stand by the merchandise that they sell, but happily take your money.
