I ordered an iPad case with keyboard…They are totally nonresponsive and ignoring my attempts to get a shipmebt or a refund.
I ordered an iPad case with keyboard for $169.90 on 1/20/2025. on 3/4/2025 I received a very nice email telling me my shipment was lost in transit, a replacement would be sent right away and offering some gifts. I responded. Nothing. On 4/13/2025 I sent an email nothing received: ship or refund me. They have stopped responding or replying, As of today (4/11/2026) I'm still waiting and getting nothing in response.

Do not order from this company, it is definitely a scam. I ordered the iPad case that fits 11-inch iPads, except it doesn't fit the new 11-inch A16. I have emailed their customer support using the support@goldandcherry . com email (spaces added due to Trust Pilot rules) address but get an 'Address Not Found' reply. There is no phone number and no other apparent way to contact them to request a refund.

I’m not happy about leaving this review. The product is actually pretty good. The customer service is the worst Ive ever seen. Bought one a couple years back and loved until the battery stopped charging and it was worthless. Zero response from customer service. Stupidly I bought another and just got to use on recent trip. Same model IPad Air. To say it doesn’t fit would be understatement. Like a fat guy in little coat. I’m not going to even bother with customer service. Just tossed before it damaged my iPad. Clearly mentioned my model before I bought. This is how companies fold. You had a loyal buyer but no chance. Should have known buying something on FB. Keep my money. Lost my business. Hope this review helps other. Very short sighted because product is decent when it works.

I wouldn’t give any stars if possible! I purchased an iPad keyboard case that was a fraction of an inch too small, even though I ordered the case that was supposed to fit my iPad model and size. I contacted their support via email, to which they responded that I may have ordered the wrong case, and I replied with the model number and size of my iPad. Tgecresponded asking for the model number (that I just supplied to them), so I answered again with the model number. From that moment forward, they ghosted me.
I am astounded at their cavalier attitude and dismissive treatment, as this is the fourth iPad keyboard case I have purchased from them over the years. GREED has replaced customer service at Gold&Cherry! Buyer beware, and hope you don’t need support if you purchase anything from this grifting company!
Incomplete order and no communication
I ordered the IPad case and a stylus in January. I got the stylus which works fine within 5 days- it’s August and nothing but promises and no delivery. So I paid $149 for the stylus. 🤬Terrible service and clearly stealing from people!

The case arrived but the instructions were mere child like sketches. I asked support to send proper instructions and never received a reply. I don't, and will not, deal with companis who don't treat me properly. THEY HAVE BEEN TOLD!
BEWARE--Scam Company!
DO NOT use this company for anything! I have tried multiple times to get a response from CS about the defective iPad case I received and have yet to even hear from them...even though one of their claims is fast response times and 100% Guarantee. And there is no phone number I can find to call--which is a red flag. This is a scam company and I learned a very expensive lesson. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them.

I order a case on this site April 6 took a month and 4 days to respond I got told I would get my refund last month states on the 14 days not including weekends and holidays that was a month in a half ago like I could just waste $129 like that I'm still fighting for my money and I'm not about to give up that's $129 I keep every documentation too just in case because I'm getting my money back I've been leave BBB reviews left and right every time I write to the BBB I got a response. I'm a single mother all I was trying to do was treat myself to a month of hard work at my job and this is not the reward I expected.

Is there a rating lower than one? I was also stiffed by them. I have been trying to get a replacement for the case and delivery of stylus I bought. I am beyond unhappy. What are my options? I saw so many rave reviews before I made my purchase. I so much wish I had purchased from Amazon. If I had, I would have had their customer service to back up my purchase.

I was stiffed by Gold and Cherry. Returned both products and followed their return policies specifically with photos, return postage receipt, etc. and did not receive a refund. It showed receipt of my return. I asked for the merchandise returned to me at my postage expense if they weren’t going to refund me my money, and I eventually heard back from customer service saying they refunded me. I began this return process shortly after I received the two products back in December of 2024! So much for their 100% satisfaction guarantee! What a ripoff!

Finally got a response. They said they would reship a different color case. Have never heard from them since and cannot get them to respond to me again. Gold and Cherry is a scam.
