I wish I could give them no stars. This company was a total rip-off in my experience. Their $179.90 iPad Pro keyboard and cover was shabby, and when I asked to return I, I got a complicated set of packing instructions. I returned it within the timeframe, paid an additional $16.32 to have it delivered by UPS, It was accepted by "Anthony", but then radio silence on disposition of my refund. It is now late May 2024. Two follow up emails resulted in nothing, Their phone number goes nowhere. If I had the time, I'd drive to Pennsylvania and beat on their door. What a bunch of crooks.

Highly recommended!
I just received my third Gold and cherry keyboard case! I had one for several years that I used on my smaller Ipad. When I upgraded to a 12.9 about 3 years ago, without hesitation, I bought another one. In the last month my keyboard began acting oddly. Customer support responded to my request by giving me instructions for resetting and reconnecting. While this worked for a few days, the problem began again (the “b” key would not work, the trackpad would not turn off, then, randomly the “b” would enter itself without hitting the key. Unfortunately it could not be repaired. The kind representative offered me a replacement and a discount which I accepted because regardless of this problem, this is still the best keyboard I have used. Just fyi, I bought and returned 3 others prior to choosing the keyboard for my first Ipad. I recommend that you buy this keyboard without any doubts!!!

Beware
Beware. This company is deliberately misleading in their policies and in their advertising. They scrub their social media (Facebook) site to eliminate any negative reviews. They state that they will "do their best" to cancel an order if you notify them quickly about it. In reality, they make no attempt at all to cancel an order. They double bill you for shipping, by making you pay for the shipping to and from on a returned order. Read other reviews, and you will see that they are also terrible about any warranty service. This company is essentially a scam, and it is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.
Also, their comments about asking negative reviewers to contact them are meaningless. They don't actually address any concerns directly. I've been in communication with them for a week, and they've never given me a straight answer yet.

Zero warranty coverage
The actual product held up to regular daily use for for less than 6 months, then my ipad started falling out of this case. I contacted customer support and was told that basically their 1 year warranty does not cover any moving parts, actually looking back at the email, their displayed 1 year warranty covers " nothing ". Such a disappointment, the product looked good to. But with no warranty covering minor fixes I give Gold & Cherry a huge 0. The worst company I've dealt with. Don't buy from this company as everything always breaks and they don't care.

I am rarely mistaken when I say : I SMELL A RAT !!! In the past, I have purchased a keyboard from these people with no issues. This time, it’s a nightmare. It’s unfortunate that I did not read reviews here. I am having the same problem as another customer here, Mr. John Brooke. Purchased a keyboard on Jan 7th and it is defective not even 3 months later. There are letters that do not work, and there is flickering on the screen, the keyboard streams over letters on its own ; it has a mind of its own. I am being told the following : that the limited warranty does not cover defects, which is false, and that I cannot send the keyboard back because it would cost too much !! Their proposition to me is to buy another at 1/2 price !!!!??? I have been taken for
« stupid » before, but this beats the contest !! It is obvious that their company has cut corners on the quality of their product and that customers will be bearing the pains of it. I will NOT help and I will spread the word of this illicit policy to EVERYONE I KNOW. If there is ONE thing I cannot stand, it is dishonesty and it has to be flushed out of our system. Worst experience ever! Makes one never want to mail order, certainly must be despicable to work for this scum bag company. $150 down the drain for sending me the wrong product and never making it right.. BBB where are you, close this company down, Now!

1 reply said nothing about making it right.
2 I’ve not heard anything from them.
3 google the company and you will find lots of customers experienced the same as I have so is this is they operate.

Defective Keyboards for iPAD version 6.…
Ordered a keyboard/case for my iPad Pro. The first one did not work. After pairing, there were several keys that did not function. Was offered a replacement keyboard, and no need to return the defective one. Received the second one which ended up with similar defects. Asked for refund. Paid for shipping both defective keyboards back, although the first one was not required to be returned. Received a refund for 1/2 of what I had paid. Never, ever, will buy something from Gold and Cherry, or recommend their products.

I want to post a good review but I just cannot. The product (purchased in December 2023) has separated at the corner where you would hold it to push the top open. We’ve used it for less than 4 months. Customer service email responses do not even try to acknowledge the issue. They simply said it would cost too much to ship and fix and offered to send me a new one for half price…plus shipping. The caveat, the half price fee is $60 more than I payed for it in December and my December payment included shipping. In an effort to be reasonable (even though I fully believe they should replace it without cost and because the product itself is beautiful and worked perfectly right up until the issue with the separation) I offered to pay half the cost I paid in December. The response email informed me their costs have increased. And that was all it said. Their customer service is terrible.

Just a Fair Warning...
I never leave negative reviews but I want to post this one as a warning to others who might be considering purchasing from Gold and Cherry.
I purchased an iPad Air 360 case (and some other things) which I received on 12/22/23. I was so excited and got it all set up right away.
However, I reached out to their customer service on 02/05/24 because, after 45 days of use, my left shift key and caps lock had stopped working. I tried everything they suggested to reset (and sent a video to them showing the issue) and while all the other buttons still work, those two buttons never did again (and I know this because I use them regularly). They said the cost of shipping wasn't worth trying to do repairs but offered me 50% off if I wanted to buy another one.
According to their website, this product is supposed to come with a free 1 year warranty but I was never offered a replacement and just came across that fact today...
I'm sorry but if I spend almost $130 on a case, I expect it to last a little bit longer than 45 days and I would rather spend my money elsewhere...
REPLY - I've reached out to Customer Service via email and not heard back. You say that it's outside of the 30 days but you advertise a free 1 year warranty on your website? I'm not sure what that means when you didn't want pay the shipping for fixing it. I'm happy to work with you, just feeling a little disappointed with the case working for just a little over a month. This is an awesome company. I received a damaged product (which I’m sure was damaged in shipping) so I contacted the company and within a week I had a replacement. Everything about the iPad magic keyboard is great, although it is a bit heavier than I’d like for traveling.

I purchased inexpensive keyboards two times for my iPad Pro, returned both. Determined to only make one more purchase I researched keyboards. I contacted Gold and Cherry and after several emails back and forth with customer service I am convinced this is the company I should purchase from. Their response to my questions were prompt and detailed even when I didn’t fully understand the information.

Terrible Experience, No Warranty
Update: I contacted Gold & Cherry as per their request in response to this review. “Angelo” sent the exact same email, word for word, offering another keyboard case for 50% off.
I received a Gold & Cherry iPad keyboard case for Christmas.
I charged it normally out of the box. I discovered two days later that the battery does not hold its charge. It claims to hold its charge for 180 days on the box.
The warranty is absolutely useless. The only resolution “Angelo” offered to sell me another case for 50% off (approximately another $125 CDN), which also will come with no warranty.
I asked how I could replace the battery, that inquiry was ignored.
I asked about returning the product all together. That can’t happen because there is only a 14 or 30 day (depending where you look or who you ask) return period and if you open the box, it immediately becomes ineligible for return. This vendor has no accommodation for things which may be holiday gifts. “Our return or replacement policy is applicable for 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the box remains unopened”.
They have since stopped returning my emails and I’m stuck with a product which has a defective battery.
I can tell this isn’t a one time issue, as TrustPilot and the BBB have so many posts complaining about the warranty and support.
