Run! This company is fraudulent and is a scam.

If I could rate this lower than one star it would be a negative rating. I have made SEVERAL inquiries about my order that I have yet to receive. I have not gotten a single response and my order was close to $300. At this point I will be rating this company on every platform that I can including BBB. I am also listing the charge as fraudulent through my bank to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and run quickly from this store. You will not get your order and they WILL NOT respond to anything after you have purchased their items. I have extremely perturbed and will be doing my best to get them SHUT down. Garbage company.

Considering I never got the item...

It's impossible to review it. HOWEVER, I definitely can review the process of not receiving my item (so far). It said it was delivered today at 11:33am, however my doorbell camera shows NO ONE remotely near my house at that time.

Furthermore, in the Shop App, it showed the destination as Germany, despite my delivery address clearly stating "Florida, USA". How I DO love a good screenshot.

I have emailed Gold & Cherry wanting a correct update, I have contacted Shopify with a Buyer Complaint, and I have left a voicemail with Gold & Cherry's Delaware office. My next stop will be to contest this with my credit card (AppleCard) if I don't get a speedy resolution. It seems SOME people have received their items, but I'm not super hopeful.

In any event, ZERO out of five stars, would not recommend.

Stay away from this company

Ordered product, was sent to someone in a different town. I’ve experienced the same as the others, no response from their so called support team. Crooks!
I contacted the post office in Menominee, Wi where it was delivered,I live in Beaver Dam, Wi. They needed the Search # which I provided, my product was delivered to someone in Menominee. So very disappointed

Ordered transparent case £150+ - said it was delivered. No respnse from company. Queried with Royal Mail - their response is below;-

I unfortunately fell for this scam like…

I unfortunately fell for this scam like many others did. I did manage however to get my order cancelled as I didn’t want the case. I also got refunded 10 bucks from them along with 2 responses. The first response was to tell me that his boss cancelled my offer and sent me a refund. The second response was that my refund was still in process. That’s when I knew I got scammed. Sad that people do this . Guess I should have found these comments before I ordered this case. Funny I haven’t seen and more of their ads on facebook for this case.

I paid for a purple ipad case on 1/25/25 where is it?

I purchased a purple ipad case on 1/25/25, I called weekly and emailed them over and over, and haven't heard from anyone! I feel I was scammed out of $159.00! I was so angry seeing all the ads on facebook, and I left messages on the ads asking for my order! I feel like a fool falling for this scam!

I've never received my product either, like all the other reviews. I email their customer service and get no response. COMPLETE SCAM! I will update my review if I receive the product but right now I'm just out $159. Ordered in January 2025, says it's still on the way and I can't request a refund at this point. Incompetent crooks

Incompetent crooks. I placed an order and received wrong size due to their lack of caring. After weeks of trying to even find someone to contact I was given return authorization to return. No credit?! It’s been weeks!!
Once again, I have made several unsuccessful attempts to reach out to the person who authorized return with proof from USPS return to their facility in Avenel NJ, no response?!
So now they have both my money and merchandise. Guess it’s a win win situation for them and a total loss for me?!!

Unhappy customer!

I ordered the Transparent 360 IPad keyboard case February 12, 2025. Received tracking number, but have yet to receive my case. Tracking number said it was delivered March 14th, but somewhere in Chicago. I do not live in Chicago. I have sent several emails to their support email, but have yet to receive a response. Not very good customer service. I wish I would of never ordered this, as it wasn’t cheap either.

Ordered ipad keyboard case February…

Ordered ipad keyboard case February 12th today is March 22nd. I have yet to receive my item. I have emailed them on 3 separate occasions and they have never responded. They also have fake tracking information that says the item has been delivered and that's not true. I live in a building with concierge service that accepts and signs for packages on my behalf and this item was never delivered to my location.

I ordered it January 27,2025, I tried se real time after seeing it was still in the order stage and I paid it off, and no response from them. After several attempts, they instant something back at the end of February saying they are swamped and offered me a free gift. I didn’t want a free gift I want what I ordered and paid for. No response. Finally it says it’s in transit and they deliver it somewhere other than my address. After 3 attempts at trying to contact them I get a response that says they will look into it and ship me another, I can’t get the iPad case I ordered, my advice is they are a scam.

Same thing happened to me

Same thing happened to me. I ordered on Feb 17. They sent me a tracking number which I follow. Then yesterday it said it was delivered to a non-existent address in a city hours away from me! My address does not exist in that city. No response to my email but they charged my credit card immediately. I will file a complaint with my credit card company and hopefully get my money back. The company who claims they delivered it is all in chinese. No way to contact the delivery company and since I don’t speak chinese I don’t even understand anything on their website to contact them.

Absolutely shocking company. Do not buy anything from them. They take your money then promise you they have sent your item but in reality they haven’t. I wish I could report them as basically they are taking your money and not sending anything out what you ordered.

Fraudulent Company that does not ship product

Bought an iPad case through them during a sale. Then it did not ship for two weeks. I emailed about it and they offered me a free accessory. I agreed, but then it showed as "shipped" the next day. However, it never arrived and the tracking information shows they shipped it to a random address (that I did not provide them). I asked for money back and they refused to respond. I'm having to dispute charge with my credit card. BEWARE OF FRAUD.
