Ordered a case and an Apple Pencil $225 never showed up tracking said it was lost in Panama City. Got a short email saying they will send a new one. It’s been a month now no contact no shipping requested a refund no answer. Multiple emails. WTF.

SCAM ALERT

I wish I could give a zero star review. Because they don’t deserve a 1 star review. Very dissatisfied. I ordered two iPad cases over a year ago April 4. First it was because of Covid, then the post office strike in Canada that is causing the delay. I’m calling BS. GOLD AND CHERRY GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY HAVE PURCHASED OR FULL REFUND.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Same bot responses came to me after I ordered in Jan 25. 1. Sorry, out of stock will be shipping again on Feb 25th 2. Sorry for poor response time, will give you free Apple Pencil for your trouble 3. Must be issue with our shipper, will reach out 4. It’s out for delivery (three hours from me at some unknown address).
Reported to my bank, probably just out $150. The company blocked me on all sites and will not communicate with me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

Even 1 star is generous

Even 1 star is generous. I ordered iPad case in March. Got notified it was shipped. Then notified it was delivered on someone’s porch but it certainly wasn’t mine. Emailed the company. After several days finally got a response that it was “lost in transit” and they would send me another. After doing some research I found out this is a pattern with them. I requested a full refund. Also filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. I received an email from BBB this morning that Gold & Cherry are no longer in business and I should contact the Attorney General. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Do NOT ORDER!!!

Ordered April 1- said delivered on April 13. No delivery. Immediately sent a note about it not being delivered. They responded with it got lost and they would be happy to send another. At first, I really wanted the case, but I cancelled. Still waiting for the money back.

Ordered from an ad on april 4th and hasnt even shipped. Does anyone have a contact for shoppay cause i cant find one to get in contact with anyone. Goldandcherry is a scam.. i wish i would have known. I did notice they delete all their negative comments on their facebook page and only leave the good. Lesson learned i guess

I purchased an iPad case and I waited and I waited over a month total then I got a tracking notification that said it was delivered to my door. It was in fact not delivered to my door. I’m sure that it was delivered somewhere but since I don’t live in the county that it was delivered to I wouldn’t know. They rarely if at all respond to any correspondence and they denied my dispute with my bank claiming that I agreed to the terms and conditions. I don’t even know what that means because I paid for an item and I haven’t received it so they aren’t holding up their end of the contract. As far as I am concerned they are the worst company ever. I’m giving one star because I have to leave at least one to submit my review.

I waited for months for my dark pink designer case and stylus pen the transparent one and these people have mange to not only waste my time but now my item as been lost through shipment Hi Kyesha, We apologize for the

We are currently contacting our logistics partner to investigate the incident. We are happy to reship another item for you. The only thing nice I can say about this company is that a least the response look you have two opinions with me 1. Refund my all my money it all caps 2. You all should have stop the payment process until you had enough case to supply for people payment. They want give me my case and stylus pen is there any illegal action I can take I want to sue this company. I don't mind waiting but this is outrageous please choose from these options and I would appreciate it thank you for responding but this is poor management on the company. I won't get my case until next year if I have to wait another three months close enough to next year. I want my money back or can I sue this company for not supplying me my dark pink case with the design. The company is a scam they blocked me on facebook for speaking the truth and they only contacted me through instagram they responded too my email but it’s clear I’m not getting what I paid for. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I wish I would've read the reviews before purchasing a product with them. To start, it took over a month to ship the product. Then I got a notice that my product was delivered. I never received my product. I've emailed them multiple times and they only replied once saying they would look into it, then I never got another reply. I had a payment arrangement set up with Affirm and they have flagged the purchase, but I don't know what will happen now. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

Scammers!!!!!!!

I ordered a charging stand and a 13” iPad Air case. The charging station came 4days later but the iPad case did not. I reached out to Gold&Cherry via their support email and received a message stating they sold a lot of these cases and they were backed up but the item would ship as soon as it was available. So 2 days later I got another email from their support stating the item was shipped and provided some Chinese tracking number. Much like others have stated I watched the tracking for two and a half weeks. Then it showed it was delivered to some address in Clarksburg WV which I do not live in Clarksburg WV I’m about 3.5-4 hours away from there. I attempted to reach out to them again and now nothing. They will not respond via email nor the phone number listed on their website. Their Facebook business page has been removed. This is a scammer company.

I saw all these commercials online about this iPad case from Gold and Cherry. So, I read some of the reviews before ordering it. I when through affirm and order the 12.9’’ pink . The order were place on February 20,2025 . There were not tracking number. I try reaching out to Gold and cherry through Emails but, it was one that they replied saying that my shipment were on it way. Later when I checked on email again after some weeks had passed. To my surprise my delivery were send at a wrong address maple shade NJ . I live in Vineland south Jersey. Which I put my address during the order. .i call affirm and reported that the payment should be cancelled cause someone just scammed me. The order were delivered on march 19,2025 at a wrong address maple shade NJ.
