Bad Service

Had my consultation on November 17th for prep and DoxyPEP. At the time i had 4/5 days of prep until i was out. they said that they would provide a bridge medication until i get my prescription and never got it. They sent my prescription to pharmacy in NY when i live in IA. I ran out last Thursday. I get my prep (but no DoxyPEP) today (Nov 25) its only a 30 day supply instead of a 90 day that my insurance recommends. And when you call no one will answer your call and are forced to leave a message and they wont call back until the following business day and the same when you email them.
