Horrible

Horrible! Never ordering from GOAT again. I have gotten multiple of shoes that says "new in box" and when the shoes arrive, you cam clearly tell they've been worn before. Paying prices for new shoes, but they're not new is disappointing. No one wants worn shoes for the price of new. I will NEVER order from GOAT again and I encourage others to shop elsewhere as well.

I sometimes be skeptical about ordering shoes from 3rd party sites, but they made the process easy. The delivery was earlier than expected which was great and the shoes look good.

Smooth Purchase Experience

I had a smooth experience with GOAT. The ordering process was simple, the product arrived as expected, and everything looked good when I received it. I appreciate being able to find unique items that are not always easy to get in stores. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and would use GOAT again.

My shoes were flagged as defective…

My shoes were flagged as defective (discoloration.) I looked up other photos of my shoes and that’s the original color. There was no defect. But my sale fell through and I had to pay return shipping. Worst experience I had. Never had this issue with StockX, which is why it is CLEARLY THE BETTER PLATFORM.
