I have not received my order. The delivery person left it on the porch and somebody stole it. I’ve been reaching out to y’all. I have not got back in contact with me so I’m professional.

The Penny Hardaways are clean and arrived in a timely manner for me and my experience with the Goat was very nice.

My shoes were flagged as defective (discoloration.) I looked up other photos of my shoes and that’s the original color. There was no defect. But my sale fell through and I had to pay return shipping. Worst experience I had. Never had this issue with StockX, which is why it is CLEARLY THE BETTER PLATFORM.

Box was damaged

It’s absurd the website makes it so difficult to return a shoe. It’s very annoying that there is no return shortcut and we have to email support. I hate it and it makes me want to use the product less.

Shoes came on time new in box

I ordered a shoe that was supposed to be a 9 us men's after placing the order it said that I ordered a 4.5 Men which is impossible cause men's size start at 7 So once I saw that I instantly tried to go and cancel. They said that I could not cancel because the person who was selling the item had accepted and shipped it off which was impossible Also because I had just placed the order. My issue is that they should give me the option to cancel within at least 30 mins and then it took forever for the seller to actually ship the item to them. Long story short is I had to wait probably 2 weeks or so just to get the item so that I can return it because I already knew that it wasn't the shoes that I ordered. Unfortunately I had to take a loss because I don't have the time or the patience to send it back. I'll just reorder the shoe and the right size from a different site.

Even though this was my first time ever purchasing something from the GOAT and it not passing the check up I am pretty excited that it is in place. The purchase this time was for my teenage son and if he would have went to school with a fake as a freshman in high school he would have been royally embarrassed. I don’t know how to figure out if something is fake or not so I am so glad that they did! This was a gift for my son but I will try again and I will continue to shop with the GOAT

I paid 400 alot of money for the blue gammas I didn’t know the shoe was gonna be worn out the shoe had scratches creases dirty bottom I buy a lot of shoes from goat first bad pair I’m very mad the return process sucks I got a text one time I sent pictures and haven’t heard back from no one yet
