Placed order
Placed order. Tracking showed label was created. It showed not picked up by carrier for days. I called and was assured it had shipped. Then the did a search and said it was missing. Then 24hrs later the shipping company found it on the east coast. They said I had to give them seven days to find it. They would not send out a new one or refund my money while they tried to find the part and get it to me. I ordered from a different company and got it before I got the one from GM parts Giant. Now they want me to pay to ship it back to them and a 20% restocking fee. The reason they are saying I returned it is because it was no longer needed. They won’t admit it is because I had to wait for them to track down what happened. Don’t waste your time buying from this company! Still waiting to see if I actually get a refund. Humorous part I have to make sure I give them the tracking number so they know when they will get the return.

Don't do business with this co. - "Damaged Part" - won't refund
Damaged Part - They will not refund until I have done the following, "Contact GMPartsGiant.com for certified proof of purchase to provide your local dealer where you had the diagnostics done for option 2. here
Contact GMPartsGiant.com to confirm the defect in a written diagnostic report and send the report to us for option 1. (us - This will cost more than the part, so I have disputed the charges with my credit card company to get something done. Horrible experience.
