We have a box with a deposit mark and the delivery person doesn't put the package in there they just leave it in sight for anybody walking past. That is not good enough

Not briging up the stairs

It took 7 workdays to deliver my sofa. Sort of okay. However it was not brought to my exact address and door but was left in another building and I had to carry up the stairs myself. Not appreciated.

I can see that we receive the parcel from your sender 09/10 and we deliver the parcel 12/10.

If your sender has informed you of a different delivery time I understand your confusion.

For further information you need to contact your sender.

I see that your sender has asked us to leave the package at the address, at their own risk. The package has therefore been left at the address, as agreed.

Asked for home dilevery

Asked for home dilevery, ended up having to pick it up myself because they updated the website but never notified me by email or sms that they were going to deliver on that day. I checked Sunday night and there were no updates. Surprised I was when I check at lunch on Monday and saw that they had failed delivery because I was not home. Of course I was not home as I was not notified that I had to be home

We have an estimated deliverytime between 7 AM-16 PM on workdays 📦

If it's not possible for you to wait at home for the driver to arrive, I would recommend that you create a signature release authorization for your GLS parcels. You can do this at www.gls.dk/fuldmagt.

As an alternative you can order your parcel to be delivered directly to a ParcelShop nearby, so you can pick up the parcel when it is convenient for you 💙
