Changing order without informing client

I ordered a pack of dry food of 4kg for 114MAD only to receive one for 2kg for 90MAD, turns out the one I ordered wasn't available so they decide to pick for me instead of informing me so I can choose what works best for me. When I filed a complaint all they could offer was *glovo credit* which isn't even a real refund but one I can only use in their app which still benefits them.

Awful experience with Support (Armenia)

I paid for my order and received it, yet Glovo suddenly put an outstanding debt on my account. Because of this, I couldn’t use my account. When I contacted support, they acted completely unprofessional. They insisted that I hadn’t paid and asked me to provide bank statements, even though the payment was clearly processed on their side.

They kept saying they would “check with their financial team” and get back to me, but no one ever did. Five days passed with no update. Only on the fifth day did I notice they removed the debt, proving the issue was entirely on their system.

During all this time, I couldn’t use the service I had already paid for (prime subscription), and their only response was a generic apology. No compensation, no proper support, nothing.

Very disappointing. I do not recommend using this app, there are definitely better and more reliable alternatives out there.

wrong order, no contact !!!!

I've never seen a business practice as absurd as Glovo's in my life. They canceled my order at their own request and won't let me contact them through the help menu in any way. They're being incredibly unfair. I ordered 15 kg of Royal Canin cat food, and they sent me 1.5 kg of food in an open bag, the ingredients of which I don't know anything. They know their mistake, so they won't let me contact them.

Had a bad experience with them twice

Had a bad experience with them twice. Once they broke my order into two, and the second part of the order did not get delivered. I did not get refunded. Another time they cancelled my delivery, after trying to deliver it at the wrong community entrance, refunded me, and then charged me again. For nothing. No words

My driver arrived 40 minutes after leaving the restaurant due to picking up other orders and causing my food to be cold

Glovo Prime Charged Me After Account Deletion Request

Worst experience ever. There’s no way to unsubscribe from the trial, and even after I asked them to delete my entire account, what did they do two weeks later? Charged me for a Glovo Prime subscription — with no reminder at all. Later asked to cancel, when I saw funds taken from my bank account, they refused... 14 days of EU consumer rights? They don't care. Informed of VISA and EU consumer rights and will proceed further.

This is not about 6 euros, but what is right.

SCAMMERS!

Horrible experience, i’ve given this app so many tries, and every order is worse than the one before, please do not waste your money. this last time i got a soup and the packaging was all soaked, the soup was nowhere to be found!! I took pictures with the delivery guy holding the soaked package and they still refused to reimburse . What a scam.

Glovo NO go

I ordered pizza from fullmoon november 4 pizza never came and and today the 23 november i still havent received my money i spoke to glovo several times 9 different people they all promised me my money back but nothing happen they accused my bank for stealing the money. . Glovo is a NO GO. Huge scammer.

Food was not deliverd and I was still…

Food was not deliverd and I was still CHARGED. I contacted customer service who told me "We could not get in contact with the courier"...and they hope my next experience is better. They will not be refunding me. I will be looking into action through my bank and hope it's a nightmare for Glovo. App deleted.

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY

Courier take so long, never ringed the bell, said 3 times he was downstairs making me go up and down, making fun of me. They cancelled the order, confirmed the refund, proceeded to cancel my Glovo Account (so I could not get help), in my name and with no consent, charged the order and the delivery. I paid for the courier's dinner. I contacted the restaurant and owner said Glovo lied saying I didn't answer my door. All very "legal".

U Actually Do Not Need Glovo!!

Well glovo has these stupid policies that the Distributor guy will cal u only once and if u dont answer for whatsoever reason they will straight away cancel the order and have it for themselves. AND THEY DO NOT GIVE U BACK UR MONEY AND THEY PUT IT THE GLOVO CREDITS. Like this U lose ur MONEY and FOOD. Highly Recommended NOT TO USE GLOVO.
