Delivery never came

Delivery never came, driver didn't called and their support just told me that the driver was at the address and because apparently i didn't answer my phone (nobody called) and didn't reply on the app(again no chat) the driver just disposed the order(biggest bs ever)

The rider opened my bag and deliveroo doesn’t care

The rider opened my bag and must have eaten from my fries otherwise I cannot understand why he would open my bag. It was clearly open so a hand would fit and deliveroo didn’t even care. I asked at least for my rider tip to be retuned and even that was a no. I guess I now have this guy a snack and a tip to go with it. Really disappointing considering I had another order before this which deliveroo just canceled after one hour of wait, so I was simply starving. No understanding.. really don’t need this app…

I ordered from McDonald's 10 mins down…

I ordered from McDonald's 10 mins down the road one hour ago and it still hasn't arrived. It's an absolutely ridiculous amount of time to take for an order so close. Uber Eats delivers in about 20 mins. Driver has been reassigned several times as well. I will not be using the app ever again after today, hangry.

The worst Delivery Company EVER SCAM

The worst delivery company ever, I deleted the app after this! they have one delivery guy who harassed my 16 years old and gave him out of place compliments for a minor that would be a crime! the first time we thought it was weird, we let it slide the second time he did the same thing, my son told him he will call the police on him if he doesn’t stop this behaviour, I reported him to the Customer service and guess what? they did nothing about it plus my food arrived messy and cold same thing, no support just a lousy sorry I deleted the app immediately will never use this app or their pervert delivery ppl 👎🏼

Disappointed to say the least

Disappointed to say the least. After years of trust and many forgiven disservices I ended up by freeing myself of this scam app.

Always late... Delivering more than one order with same rider. If he picks your first, you will get it cold... Try a cold steak, especially the ones that cost 45euros. You'll love it 😅.

Then you order Sushi, it arrives and as you are exited to eat something you have been avoiding for months... You open the package and a smell of sew and rancid devours your room. You ask yourself why... At 10pm. After waiting 45min you have to experience this...and the answer is. Because you did not delete deliveroo yesterday and your lazy a...s deserves it for not going to the grocery to by proper fresh food.

Help service...is just a total waste of time. Good only to get screenshots as a reminder of why you deleted such a disgraceful app in case you get sick and try to order something from them again

Enough said. Delete this app, don't ever come back.
You'll be happier if you skip dinner once in a while

Terrible customer service, avoid!

Of you food arrived all spilled, avoid yourself a waste of time reporting.
My food arrived spilled and Deliveroo did nothing about it. After more than a three hours they only replied asking for more pictures, instead of taking responsibility. This company keeps avoiding their responsibility towards the customer. Totally unacceptable, safe your money go to a restaurant.

They finally agreed to give me a few euros back on my credit card. When you fail to deliver, you need to take responsibility. Ended up with cold food and a bad taste in my mouth.

RIDER ATE MY FOOD

I ordered food on Deliveroo ,rider should have put it somewhere safe.
When he arrived he took a photo but when I got down it wasn’t there. The rider probably ate it himself (could also be someone stole it)
But that’s not a safe place
I asked for support nobody is willing to help you.
So technically every rider has just to take a photo and can eat it himself. The customer pays his meal.

If only I could put zero star

If I could put zero star, I would.

We ordered two pizzas from Obica (Milano) on Sunday evening last week. Paid for quick delivery on top of articles. Not only the pizzas did not arrive earlier than with normal service, but we received the wrong order of a value over 10 euros less than what we paid. One of the pizzas, we could not eat (food intolerance).
When claiming for a refund (of a minimum of the difference of orders cost) it was refused because we. had not taken a picture of the pizzas!!!!!!!!!🤯 I sent pictures of the receipts where the name of the client is clearly not ours. To no avail!
So I deleted the App and will NEVER use Deliveroo again.

Worst app ever

Worst app ever! Placed an order, the app didn’t apply 2 discount vouchers I had, so I asked to cancel the order. They took forever to reply and said the restaurant wasn’t responding, a complete lie because I was on the phone with them! They advertise vouchers which you can never use! Switching to GLOVO now!

Very bad experience!!!

Very bad experience!!!! Never ever will use it. A rider left the order on the street and didn’t even call. He just left a foto. When we came to take the order, it wasn’t presented anymore. It was stolen by someone or by the driver itself.
No compensation was made. Really disgusting!!!!!

Bad Service

Bad Service, Manager dealing with my issue was useless. Order came around 2hours after ordering. Given £2.21 compensation. Which is pathetic. Driver was not contactable 3 times
They did not reassign the delivery to another driver until I asked but as the order came no sooner, I assume that was a lie.
