This is the first app choice when…

This is the first app choice when travelling to Spain from the UK...but I'd advise travellers to look elsewhere before using. It is without doubt the slowest, most inaccurate and unreliable app I've ever used when travelling. I thought I'd give it a second go after an initial poor experience but Glovo decided to live up to their previous poor expectations and ruin my order.

I placed an order for two children to be delivered to a well known and local hotel in the Benidorm area. App accepted and confirmed order before giving an expected delivery time. As we were staying in a hotel, I have additional information for the recipient- ie name and collection point ( hotel foyer). Order was accepted, confirmed and a delivery time was assigned. Fast forward 25 minutes and two disappointed children wondering where there food was as they awaited delivery as the recorded collection point. Another 10 minutes passed, followed by another 15 minutes before an email was received informed us that....."order was cancelled".

Zero information as to why!

My opinion and experience would say AVOID this utterly crap service, especially if you're an Irish/UK visitor to the area.

It's a one star got Glovo. It would be zero stars but the system wouldn't allow it.

Read all the previous reviews to this one and you'll understand why they are so CRAP

A special good mention to Whitecedes

A special good mention to Whitecedes. She has made my experience so seamless. I actually made a mistake during my order but she took me through the order so professionally yet so bubbly at the same time. I'm so happy and contented.

Awful service

Simply an awful service. Ordered at 22:00, ETA was 22:45. Then they kept updating the ETA until it reached 00:20 (so 1h30 late).
When trying to contact both the carrier or their customer support they do not reply.
If i try to cancel the order the button simply does not work.
Its a scam. Do not use this service.

Awful customer support

Awful customer support, unable to talk with a person until the situation is not sustainable anymore, chatbot is useless When I ordered, the waiting time was 25-35min, and when I bought it, it changed to 45-55. Finally, my order arrived in 1h05 (30min late), and without an item. A joke... not using this service anymore.

charged my girlfriend and then myself…

charged my girlfriend and then myself for a prime subscription that we didn't have nor take out. I believe they may have had a data leak and are just denying it. agents refuse to resolve by refunding and state I dont have a subscription. I will be deniuncing this with policia nacional.

Now, how on earth that ends up at 39,370TND is beyond any logical reason, EVEN with the unavailable "Concombre" being calculated in the price it ends up at 38,470TND (taxes and delivery fees already summed into that amount). They legit add imaginary costs out of the blue. Avoid their groceries services at all costs.

I Never Received My Food

I Never Received My Food – And They Refused to Refund Me

Despite the order never arriving, the company refused to issue a refund. Their explanation?

“The order doesn’t meet the minimum requirements to be able to compensate you.”

When I asked what those requirements were, they ended the chat and never responded again.

They kept both my money and the food — completely unacceptable. The customer service was unresponsive and dismissive. Overall, a truly disappointing experience and a company I would not recommend.

Do not use this company!

Do not use this company!
Food didn’t arrive. Kept my money with a response which was:

“the order doesn't meet the minimum requirements to be able to compensate you.”.

They literally kept my money after the food failed to arrive.

This company does not have the customer at the centre of anything they do. When an issue occurs they simply do nothing at all and keep your money.

They and anyone who works there should be ashamed.

Had no problems with orders

Had no problems with orders. Everything turned up on time as it should. The one time I did customer service said they couldn’t see my picture so I did it again as what he was asking for I couldn’t do in the chat. After doing this the person on customer service service said he would refund the drink that spilt and ruined my whole order however he never did. I still ordered 3 times after and realised the drink leaks out because of condensation. Would still use as no other options but they definitely don’t care about service.

I made an order waited for it to be delivered the driver reached my location and decided to just turn back without giving me my order
I reached out to the help center and Calvin who handled me didn't provide any solution.
Your driver even decided to continue harassing me after he refused to give me my order. Kept on sending me messages assuring me there is nothing that can be done to him even though I reported his behaviour. Is that how Glovo operates?

I have ordered food from a supermarket…

I have ordered food from a supermarket chain through Glovo. At first it was very convenient but after a while I received damaged items time after time. I also got a refund for that. I even informed Glovo previously to speak both to the chain and the responsible drivers. Now again I've received damaged items (eggs) where I have sent photos which clearly
show that the cardboard bottom of the intact package still wrapped in plastic is wet. I sent the photos in the app and via email. Glovo tells me that they will not compensate me for the damaged goods. Glovo is responsible for maintaining the quality of both the drivers and the stores they're serving. I used Glovo to safe time, not to spend time.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I ordered the micro needling.
The company automatically put me on a
Subscription. Good luck getting ANYONE to answer numerous texts pleading for a response. It took over a week to finally get it done. They notify you of product delivery in Whatsapp. Convenient for them because I don't use that app. Therefore I had no notice of an upcoming delivery I did not want!
They are dishonest to the core.

🚨 Scam Alert in Rabat – Delivery App 🚨

I want to share a completely unacceptable experience I had with a well-known delivery app in Morocco.

I placed an expensive order, as I often do, and requested a cancellation after waiting for over 45 minutes. Why? Because the delivery person, instead of doing his job, was hanging out downstairs with his friends, intentionally making me wait until the food arrived cold.

Even worse: the customer service was careless and dismissive. I was spoken to rudely, and no solution was offered. The message was clear: pay and stay quiet.

📢 This is not okay. This is a form of disguised scam, and I refuse to stay silent. Many of us are paying premium prices for a service that keeps getting worse.

⚠️ Be careful with your money. Don’t let yourself be taken advantage of.
It’s time consumers in Morocco are heard.

Absolutely horrible experience with…

Absolutely horrible experience with Glovo. I placed a late-night order, waited 40 minutes, only for them to cancel it saying the store was closed — even though I ordered while everything was still open.

By the time they canceled, all the other stores were closed too. I reached out to support, and they basically said “there’s nothing we can do.”

No accountability, no solution. Just a waste of time and energy. Completely unreliable.

Horrible experience with the app and…

Horrible experience with the app and customer support, they do not want to help. I was waiting for the order almost 3 hours because they did not have a driver available but they did not want to cancel the order or refund money, after speaking to 2 customer service agents. I canceled my prime membership and deleted the app. Never again. Usually it is just long waiting, dirty bags in which food is delivered etc, but customer service is actually the worst.
