Very professional and excellent product. Had a couple of hiccups with scheduling but everything worked out fine. Salesman was very personable. Installation crew went above and beyond to make sure job was complete in a timely manner.

Only bad thing, so far, I can say is, that after your pool is up and going, it's hard to get ahold of them. They need more people to answer the phone.

Had an appointment but no one showed up. Called the office & was told they needed more information to make sure I am the home owner. I asked why didn't anyone call me & was told "I'm willing to help you out now". Asked to speak to the owner & was told " that's not possible". Very unprofessional.
