I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I’ve had with this company. Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience recommend its services to others. I felt misled when I was presented with a contract at the last minute, just before the pool installation, leaving little time for proper review or negotiation.

Throughout the process, I found it difficult to receive timely and respectful communication. Once I became a client, the level of customer service noticeably declined, and I often had to advocate strongly to receive basic attention. Additionally, the pricing did not align with the promotional offers initially advertised, which felt misleading and manipulative.

I am a veteran, and I regret placing my trust in this process and urge others not to succumb to high-pressure sales tactics. Trust must be earned through honesty and transparency, not taken for granted through misleading practices. Due to the seriousness of these issues, I have decided to pursue this matter further with legal counsel.

Customer Service made my experience better. Enjoying my pool now.

Blue world and great pool for my Family

We had them come and the sales men explained everything to us. He also helped with a call from me to ask what to do. The finance man was amazing and upgraded our pool. We had our pool was installed and I had concerts. They contacted me immediately. We have had contacts from them to help with every step so far.

Very easy to order a part and was sent out fast. Agent was very nice and helpful.

Blue World Pools really wowed us from the get-go. They were never pushy and didn’t make us feel like we had to buy anything. Right from the start, we felt comfortable and like we were part of a family! Chance was super knowledgeable and even took some extra time to make sure we had all the info we needed to feel good about such a big decision. Now that our amazing pool is set up, I can’t keep my boys away from it... the whole family loves it! The best part is that it’s chemical-free, so I don’t have to stress about it hurting my kids, their eyes, or our clothes! We absolutely adore our Blue World Pool, and I would totally recommend them to everyone we know!
