1.HomenetAS experience.

1.
The first sales representative in my area had a bad and rude behavior.
Hi tried to trick me into the contract. I said no and ordred via web instead.
2.
The innstallation was far to late compaired to the promised intallation date.
3.
The perfomance of my Connection is at variable in speed and somtimes almost nearly stop complete.

Poor excuse for a Internet-service

Poor excuse for a Internet-service. We were promised a great deal and faster connection than the one we already had from Telenor. But the joke is on us. And now we are forced to stay with them for 1 year, with wifi from hell.

Thanks for nothing Homenet! You SUCK!

The customer service is shocking…

The customer service is shocking !!!!!!!!!! I could not comprehend that such a terrible service could exist !!!!! it took one month to send me tv package !

They just keep sending invoices

This is starting to get ridiculous. I have now confirmed my cancellation with them twice and the end date and they keep sending invoices through my online bank in the hope that I might pay them without thinking. Be very careful with Homenet if you cancel them! They will keep trying to get money from you. Completely useless!
