From the moment we rang Girlings to book an appointment to see the property we were interested in they could not do enough for us, They kept us up to date every step of the way, even through lockdown. When we eventually moved in they rang us to see how we had settled in and if everything was as it should be, which it was.
We were very impressed with Girlings and if the need arose in the future we would choose to use them again.

Excellent and efficient service provided by Girlings.
Unfortunately, due to Covid 19 virus, the community lounge is closed, therefore most of the communal get-togethers have been cancelled, however, Kerry the community manager and the other people living here have been most friendly and welcoming.

I feel really at home and secure. Plus, if there are any crises or other problems, I am sure that Girlings will deal with them promptly and efficiently.
All their information has been clear and comprehensive.
The apartment is well decorated and has a new fitted carpet plus all working appliances, so I feel secure and will be well cared for, should any crisis occur.

Girlings has high standards of property maintenance and I think its rental philosophy
is excellent. It operates in the best interests of its residents. My only criticism is that it should always warn new tenants that some of the flat front doors are fire doors that can swing shut automatically and shut you out!

We have just moved up 1 floor at Buckingham Court 1 and we are long established tenants of Girlings. Our move was the easiest we’ve had thanks in the main to our Tenancy administrator Louise Palmer.

I have been living In Girlings property for over a year and I certainly do not agree with the five star ratings. Our property manager is not very helpful at all. When visitors come and we are out he does not inform us of anyone looking for us. The office staff are very helpful and the properties are fine for one or two people although they are very small but adequate.

Brilliant service even in lock down

Under the circumstances everything was done to the best of everyone's ability. This included getting minor but important jobs done within a couple of days of it being reported. We are very impressed with the quality of service.

I would have given you 4 stars due to the fact that my heating had obviously not been checked before my tenancy started. The rapid response by Louise James to sort the problem out during the lockdown saved the day. Such service is worth the star. Otherwise I have no complaints. Homecourt House seems to be a happy place very much due I feel to the personality of the Development Manager, Mary. I am glad I chose to live here.

Everything at Girlings is everything & more of what I expected.The property
& surrounding gardens are kept lovely. The Manager is very helpful.He is
very conscientious in his position as Manager. I am very happy here,& when
the 'lockdown' is over I look forward to joining in a few social meetings etc.
