We are very happy with everything here couple minor hiccups but all ok reall

Very friendly and helpful teams from the initial viewing to moving my elderly mother into the apartment.
Snags resolved very quickly and follow up phone calls received afterwards ,ensuring work completed to our satisfaction.

My Dad moved into Girling wardon Controlled nearly two months ago. Right from the moment I contacted Girlings on his behalf, they were brilliant. Dad has settled really well. He is loving wardon Controlled life and the independence it has brought him. For example the usage of lifts. Thank you very much for all you have done Kindest Regards

This is a new way of life for me so was a bit dubious in the beginning, however, the staff at Girlings were very helpful and answered my numerous questions with good heart.They helped to put my mind at rest.

Found my space: safe, secure and warm and friendly. Choose this apartment because of location but everything else makes it the ideal location, Settling n really well.

I found Girlings to be both polite and helpful the process was a little slow but this was understandable in view of the covid 19 crisis

Girlings went above and beyond in helping me secure a property, much more helpful and interested than most letting agents.They made me feel that they actually cared, which was something I greatly appreciated during a difficult time. I would recommend them if you are looking to rent a retirement property.

So far, so good !

Moving in was done with a minimum of disruption and clear instructions and conditions. However after submitting my inventory with a few snagging problems I have never received any acknowledgement of agreement or offer to remedy the small things listed. I can however say that a problem with my heater in the lounge was quickly dealt with and a replacement was fitted within 3 days . I am satisfied with the overall set up within Homeport house and the management.

I am very pleased with my flat and the way in which my initial move was handled by Girlings. However on the maintenance side of things I am still awaiting my shower on / off pull switch to be repaired despite having reported it within a week of my move.

All contact with the Girlings staff was very helpful, polite, friendly and professional. I was also extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the flat when I actually moved in and the arrangements made to check the alarms etc. I am very happy with my flat and I hope to remain here for a long time. I helped my father downsize from his old terraced house to a flat in sheltered accommodation. We decided to rent a flat that was managed by Girlings.

From the very first interaction our queries were resolved quickly and professionally, the steps we needed to take to complete the rental were laid out clearly and easily. I was genuinely impressed by their office and how smoothly the whole process operated.

The staff at Girlings made a very stressful time for myself and my father significantly easier. I am really, really happy with the service we received.

I find this a delightful flat Looking at squirrels 🐿 out of my window! I only have one thing that spoils it! My flat is over the laundry room! Although there is a notice I believe! I’m isolated so don’t use it to say Eight in the morning till Eight at night some residents don’t adhere to this ! If they lived above it they would realise some times I feel like I’m living in a laundromat! Whether it’s the soundproofing or the machines compressors aren’t working! It’s a shame as everything else is great! Eddie told me there are notices up but this morning it was 7/30 when it started and some nights on till 9 ! I know you cannot dictate to the residents but it is spoiling my time here !

My mother, in the past, rented with Girlings and was always happy, safe and secure. And yesterday, once again, I found a first rate service. Thank you Gill for your quick response to my request. It is much appreciated.
