Our credit card payment processor conducts a security check on all new customers to verify the cardholder details. This check is to protect the cardholder from any unauthorised transactions and a failure usually occurs if there are anomalies with the credit card used for the order.

Please note, as your order has not been processed, no funds have been debited from the credit card. However, you may see a Pending Transaction (or Authorisation) on your account. This is funds held by your bank pending our transaction. As our transaction is not proceeding, your bank will release these funds after a short period of time – usually within 5 business days. Please contact your credit card provider if you require the funds released sooner.

Site was easy to navigate

Site was easy to navigate. Few issues getting the site to recognise a cellphone number. This could be improved by allowing the site to accept international coding, e.g 61 or 64 instead of requiring the feild to sart with a 0.

Terrible service

Terrible service! I ordered my cards 9 days ago. Paid express delivery. They are not even processed yet. Sent an email and online form enquiry - two days later they have not been responded to. Rang the phone number and you can't speak with anyone and they just direct you to send an email. Thinkin now it's a scam site and to report to Credit Card company for fraud?

Excessive Fees

Used this instead of alternative site due to the .com.au
Charged $10 CC fees + standard additional charges making the card almost $20 more than was given. Won't make the mistake again - back to my previous site.

I wanted to add my credit card to wallet…

I wanted to add my credit card to digital wallets and use as pay wave from mobile phone, I ended up using card to purchase a replacement from a different service that meet my expectations.

The system appear to be a bit clunky

The system appears to be a bit clunky. I’ve tried to buy multiple cards the first time, I spent a couple of hours trying it didn’t work. The next day I received an email encouraging me to continue. I went online and paid for four-five more cards the next morning I received confirmation at 9:15, but at 11 o’clock the client was asking if I sent the cards as she had not received them I looked at my bank and I was charged. I login Rd my Gift card store it appears the transaction is saying to pay again. It’s very confusing overall. I did call the number but no one answers
