I love the site and have bought from them previously…

I love the site and have bought from here before and found the gift card excellent as the recipient can get what they want.
Had trouble trying to determine what the code was for phone number of the recipient as she said the area code was +61 and the site said it had to start with a 0 and have 10 digits.
And this time it would not accept my credit card. It just kept on saying error has occurred at the checkout .
Had to get my daughter to use her card in order for the transaction to go through.
Hopefully this helps for any future purchases.

Where is the customer service???

Where is the customer service? I have not received any response about the status of my order and it has been very distressing. I'm praying that my order makes it to where I need it on time.

We are so sorry to hear of the delay you've experienced. As per our website, to receive the gift card same day, you should *order before 1pm for same-day delivery. If you order after 1pm, your Virtual Mastercard will be emailed the next business day. If you order after 1pm on a Friday, it will be emailed the following Monday.

I have still not received the gift card…

I have still not received the gift card I ordered yesterday that said it was sent at 9.33am.

Crap

Purchased a gift card for someone as a birthday present and haven’t received it. Got an email saying some security issue ?. Money went out of bank fine. When you try to ring them you get told to email them for all contact and not quick for a lame response

I think charging over $10 for express…

Charging over $10 for express PER CARD when it was all one order is excessive, don't you think? 4x cards cost me over $40 in postage - that's the same cost as a courier for a much bigger and heftier parcel! Won't be using this site again.

I wanted to purchase multiple digital gift cards, it would not allow me to do so, i had to complete the purchase after each one, so after the 2nd one i found another site to purchase the remaining 10 gift cards.

Refusal to refund express delivery…

Refusal to refund express delivery paid, even though the gift cards have not been received two weeks later. There is nothing 'express' about over a two week wait.

Process was pretty easy

Process was pretty easy. Would be better if I could use Paypal or other payment services. Not happy with having to use CC number directly given this day and age of scammers.
