Recipients aren't getting verification email so unable to login

Recipients aren't getting the verification code (delivered by email) that they need to login and use the virtual mastercards. When I contact giftcardstore they tell me it is a work firewall or spam/junk mail issue which it is not as recipients are checking junk folders and these are being sent to personal not work email addresses.

Love, love, love this website. Being located in the US it’s very easy to buy gift cards for family and friends in Australia. The conversion from AU dollars to US dollars doesn’t hurt either!

I found the process slow

I found the process of buying the digital card was slow. It wasn't clear that I couldn't design my own card for a digital gift card. Therefore I ended up doing the process twice as I didn't realise until I got to the delivery page. I then had to input all the details again. Perhaps it was my stupidity! 😀

The website is extremely poor in…

The website is extremely poor in quality. I had to buy five gift cards individually, one at a time. Each time, I had to go through the entire purchasing process, make the payment, and then start all over again from the beginning. I gave up on the last one, so I only managed to obtain four. This task, intended for my work, turned out to be a colossal waste of time. Furthermore, the available card layouts are severely limited. When I searched for an email delivery option, I was dismayed to find that there wasn't even a congratulatory choice. The card designs are in dire need of improvement. Lastly, I don't receive any notification regarding whether the recipient has received or opened the gift card; I'm only informed that it has been sent. How am I supposed to know if they received it and it didn't end up in the spam folder? Would I have to reach out to them after all that effort and potentially ruin the surprise? There are numerous areas that require substantial improvement. I appreciate your willingness to gather feedback.

Difficult site to use, couldn't buy multiple cards at once and help phone number asks you to email. Poor customer service

Not received

I would give zero stars to be honest purchased 3 days ago, tried calling and keeps telling us have to email cause the number is bogus noone answers phones, and noons responds to emails. $250 digital card and not received. Don't deserve any starts at all. Gift card now received thank you

Didn't let me pay through a buy now pay later option. I will not choose to buy from this company again as there are many many companies that allow me to do that.

Wouldn't recommend this company.

First time using this website, purchase went through then was cancelled by the company, was informed that money was refunded, however still waiting for the refund to be processed. Won't be using this company again. What should have been a straight forward purchase, has been drawn out into a week long process.
