Live human support is what makes GetResponse different from other platforms. Also, the interface is very intuitive, fast and supportive for non-tech people like myself. I'm happy to have my business here.

My website was displaying an error so I chatted with tech support. Adam was able to answer immediately. No TS done because the website came up and running immediately when he tested it on his end.

Poor API. Antiquated interface. Lack of flexibility in managing lists. Awful refund policy.

On this last point, beware: while most services allow you to cancel and continue through the end of the month of your subscription, GetResponse shuts down your service as soon as you cancel. That means you have to cancel moments before your monthly renewal if you want to get the full value of the month you paid for. All of our automations were shut down the moment I canceled my subscription and I was unable to access my account unless I restarted the subscription.

“Peter” was very good at letting me interact as he went through the process of explaining how it all works.
At this time I know close to nothing about all of this and as I explained this He did not let it matter. He just explained again and we went on to the next topic.

I CONTINUE to receive numerous spam emails through them along with links they route to spammer websites. I report them but the spam continues.

The pricing you see is one time. You enroll in the price and next year they make you pay something else.

They know that once you jump into an email marketing software it takes a lot of effort to then move to another competitor.

So you signup for the competitive pricing but next year you have to pay way more and you need to put the effort to make all your automations somewhere else.
