I purchased one envelope of patches. During the checkout, they kept offering me these offers to additional envelopes for a reduced fee. I clicked no multiple times. I checked out and two days later when I was checking my credit card bill they had put through another $90 for nine envelopes of patches that I did not request. I contacted them immediately upon seeing the charge. The order had not been shipped, but they insisted it had been and said I had to wait until I receive the order. That was about about 10 days later. I immediately went on their website to fill out the refund form, which requires that I pay shipping back and a $5 restocking charge which I was willing to do. Their response was to offer me 50% off to keep the items that I did not want. I turned down that offer and went forward with my refund and I’ve received no response from them. I subsequently contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge for the items that I did not order. It’s a very sneaky way of doing things. Most companies when you are checking out and they have a special offer, if you accept the offer, there is one total charge. But this was put through two different charges, and the second one was unauthorized by me. What I also find interesting is that in order to request a refund, They would like all this information about if you used their product, how you used it when you used it and a multitude of questions that should not be part of the inquiry.

I had allergic reaction to the product . They have been very understanding and helpful getting me my refund!

I was sceptical, but I decided to try these patches. They aren't very expensive, so I figured it was worth the small investment. After a couple of days using them I noticed a clear difference in my energy levels and my mood. I now take three of these patches; Creatine, NAD+, and Dopamine, everyday and I feel great! They made a believer out of me!

I placed an order with Gentle Patches. I encountered a problem with my order. A young man named Patrick came to my rescue he was amazing. From start to finish he was so kind very professional, but also very empathetic to my problem. He sorted everything out so quickly, asked me if I was happy with what he proposed before he went ahead with anything. Who could ask for better service. Patrick is a credit to this Company and they should be very proud to have him. I would highly recommend dealing with them. I will again with no problem.

I have been using GLP-1 patch for 3 weeks. I have lost a few pounds and they they definitely made me less hungry.
The one star is because they have messed with my Hrt medication. I have had a menstrual period and period pains (which i haven't had in 10 years) and gastrointestinal problems for the last week.
Has anyone else suffered this reaction. Im writing this on behalf of my wife.

My issue was dealt with straightaway and I was happy with the outcome.

After one month of only one time purchase. It tried to withdraw money from my account . 😒 definitely don't order from them at all.

The customer service was outstanding. I had a problem with my order and in seconds they got back with me and helped me with my order. They were courteous and understanding. I rarely get that anymore from a customer service representative!

I've bought from this site three times now and every order arrived within 48 hours, packaged carefully with a handwritten thank-you note included. Their customer service responded to my question about vegan ingredients the same day I asked.

My order did take quiet and long time to arrive and did go missing ,but another order was sent out promptly and did arrive very quickly. Can't wait to try this product as there is alot of great reviews about it.
