I had to cancel subscription for health reasons and found hard to do myself as link wouldn't work. I messaged them and they gave me a senior manager who cancelled for me. I found them helpful and supportive

I like my ashwagandha patches. I seem to be calmer. I didn't think they would work but they did. Do you have dopamine patches?

Did absolutely nothing and cost way too much. The Customer service is horrible. Made a mistake bought this on Facebook. I thought I was paying 14.95 then got charged about $150ish dollars. Went to return, they wouldn’t let me, got 1/2 back, started using. It’s not doing anything.

Disappointed, have been using this product since it was received. The product does not work as advertised. Have not lost 1 pound. Does not curb my appetite. Waste of money

Gentle patches gave me a rash after a few days of use and when I tried to return them, it became a nightmare. They gave me several requirements before they would even provide an address and return procedures. I returned package as described, but they rejected my package. Terrible customer service.

No changes to date. Let’s wait and see.

I've noticed that I Don't have cravings after wearing the patch. I've only been using it for 5 days and I'm less Hungry and have energy!

Wore the magnesium patch for three weeks straight and my sleep quality improved enough that my partner mentioned I was snoring less, which I'll take as a win since nothing else has worked for that particular problem.

It has been only a week since I started using the patch have not noticed much difference yet.I wish the patches stayed on better I have to tape it down

Gentle Patches are a fraudulent company. They take your subscription and do not cancel it when requested. They will steal your money. Do not trust these people. The patches dont work anyway. Waste of money.
To the company REFUND MY MONEY OR I WILL PROSECUTE YOU FOR THEFT.

Absolute sham. Tried these patches. First of all I had to chase up after being charged and finally arrives 2 weeks later. zero benefits, and they set me up a subscription which I did not authorise and have been charged again. Guess what. I can’t cancel and still trying to deal with this . Currently 11 emails in and still currently subscribed. Please save your cash and avoid scam patches uk

I haven't received the patches. No one gets back to you and there is no way to get my money back either as there is no response from their so called 'help team'

I have received an email from their customer service, so will keep an update on the progress

In the past week I received communication from gentle patches and they had apologised and assured me that a new set of patches will arrive in a few days as the courier lost the original order.
They kept me updated throughout and I did receive the patches as promised.

The Police department where my claim was filled is still investigating the co.
My money was never returned and no emails were answered, phone numbers are disconnected.

So I bought the glp1 patches for 1 month. First off, the subscription flag is preticked. But the way it's worded and designed, it doesn't instantly seem like it will set up a subscription. I work with webdesign, and their methods are very predatory.
I then tried to cancel, nowhere in their website it's an option. It doesn't get logged as an option on paypal either, I suspect they would try to take the money later anyway.... so you actually cannot cancel it yourself. Had to email several times to get it cancelled.
Then the side lists 1-2 days to process order, up to 5 working days to dispatch. Dispatch label was generated straight away, Yodel did not arrive the items 6 working days later. When queried, 2 days later they tell me Yodel lost it. I highly doubt it, they never even received it!
Then eventually I cancel transcation on paypal, paypal refund me and then the company says to paypal I received the item afterall, so can I cancel the refund. Wait, what? The tracking is still saying label created, item not delivered, so received what???
Avoid like a plague.

Ordered before reading reviews here and wish I had. Absolute scam. been emailing since the moment I placed the order, over and over, asking to cancel, all my emails have been completely ignored for almost 2 weeks now and I fear they have set up a subscription without my knowledge and I cannot cancel. Reporting to bank. DO NOT get sucked into this.

I inadvertently ordered too many packs. On contacting Gentle Patches and Inde at the company, who did everything possible to correct my mistake. They managed to cancel my order and hopefully my credit card will be refunded in the next few days. I am so grateful and very relieved. I would like one packet, perhaps I can order by direct phone call?

Don’t try returning anything

Support staff were extremely helpful & supportive. My first order was lost by courier, but support reordered immediately, tracking supplied and my replacement was delivered within days.
They are always so kind & respectful, Thank you 🙏🏼

I had an issue with billing and happy to note, resolved very quickly. Customer service/support is impeccable.
