Shock my parcel is now gone missing

Postage wasn't paid on my order so I had to pay £5 delivery.

I spoke to Mark who very quickly arranged a refund.

Courier was unable to deliver original order.

Staff at Gentle Patches dealt with the matter promptly, a new order was issued which I received the next day.

I received a notice my product was delivered but it wasn't at my front door. I contacted the customer support line. They researched the delivery and told me it was left in a mail locker at our mail house in my gated community. They were so polite and patient and kind. They sent me further emails to doublecheck they were definitely in the locker. They have provided the best support and customer service I have ever experienced. I look forward to using this product.

I Feel like it is helping me . I don't feel it is a strong as the injection.However , it does help suppress the appetite.
I like the idea that it's safer and then i'm not injecting myself with the medication

The berberine patch didn't stick during my morning jog, which was frustrating since I'd applied it fresh. I switched to wearing it on my chest instead of my arm and that solved the problem, but it shouldn't require trial and error to figure out the best placement.

Great customer service. Had a issue with an order and it was resolved in an hour of contacting them. Can't ask for any better.

Items well received. There was a slight issue with postage fees. My query to customer service was responded to and resolved immediately. Excellent customer service which is very unusual these days so would highly recommend this company.

I thought this was a scam after I was charged more than I thought I was wanting to pay. I figured I would never hear back from anyone and never receive the product. As it turns out, this company really does care and responded back to me within a day and reassured me that they were sorry for the confusion on my order and that they would offer me a refund.

Tried the dopamine patch because I work long hours and my energy was all over the place with coffee. With traditional supplements you get this rush and then a crash, right. These patches give me steady support throughout the day without that jittery feeling. It's a different experience entirely. I'm genuinely impressed with how consistent the effect is compared to capsules I was taking before.

I e mailed the seller saying I had ordered some supplements by mistake along with my order. They replied quickly and offered me a part refund of 40%. This was sorted quickly. Good customer care.

I purchased one envelope of patches. During the checkout, they kept offering me these offers to additional envelopes for a reduced fee. I clicked no multiple times. I checked out and two days later when I was checking my credit card bill they had put through another $90 for nine envelopes of patches that I did not request. I contacted them immediately upon seeing the charge. The order had not been shipped, but they insisted it had been and said I had to wait until I receive the order. That was about about 10 days later. I immediately went on their website to fill out the refund form, which requires that I pay shipping back and a $5 restocking charge which I was willing to do. Their response was to offer me 50% off to keep the items that I did not want. I turned down that offer and went forward with my refund and I’ve received no response from them. I subsequently contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge for the items that I did not order. It’s a very sneaky way of doing things. Most companies when you are checking out and they have a special offer, if you accept the offer, there is one total charge. But this was put through two different charges, and the second one was unauthorized by me. What I also find interesting is that in order to request a refund, They would like all this information about if you used their product, how you used it when you used it and a multitude of questions that should not be part of the inquiry.

I had allergic reaction to the product . They have been very understanding and helpful getting me my refund!

I was amazed with the speed in which Gentle Patches Support got back with me. I wish other companies strived to offer the same services!

I was sceptical, but I decided to try these patches. They aren't very expensive, so I figured it was worth the small investment. After a couple of days using them I noticed a clear difference in my energy levels and my mood. I now take three of these patches; Creatine, NAD+, and Dopamine, everyday and I feel great!
