My questions were answered VERY quickly (even at 0630 am!), and gave me the help and advice I needed. In the event I didn't go through with a repair, and upgraded to a new (better suited) generator instead, but this in no way detracts from the service I received. I was particularly impressed with the spares available for what was originally a very cheap unit.

I ordered a AVR (Automatic voltage regulator) after watching generator gyru video. Did all the tests.
Ordered my part on Friday arrived Saturday.
Excellent Service and Fantastic Website for finding parts. I would highly recommend Generator Gyru.

I was very skeptical that this was a scam but it did not have the flavor of a scam so a gave it a chance after some time in the web trying to find a discontinued part for a Honda generator they was made for sams club could not find model number on Honda web site I live in Missouri and I have my parts on the third day from ordering the parts. I will tell everyone about generator guru when ever the conversation comes up and even when it does not come up. I recently had the misfortune of my generator (KingCraft 3250) breaking. After searching locally to no avail, I contacted Generator Guru through the internet. The company provided excellent service, not only helping me identify the generator, but the part as well. I did not even n have to use the catalog, they found the part for me and Sent a link to order it.

I contacted generator guru when our generator quit working. My husband is in a wheel chair and it was up to me to get this working. I contacted guru and what an amazing experience. Great video to walk me through the checking process, and great response from the tech. Ordered a new AVR and awaiting it's arrival but sure I will have help if I need any to get it installed.

so far i have had great advice on how to test my generators ignition system to determine what has broken ,i have purchased the replacement parts when it arrives i can install it and test the unit

Bought a used All Power 6000 W generator that had been sitting for years. The carburetor was so corroded the jets were clogged shut. Ordered a replacement Carb from Generator Guru, exact match, everything needed was included down to fuel line. Installed it and started second pull. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
