Excellent Customer Services & User-Friendly Website

I had a very positive experience with both the customer service team & the website. The website is well designed, easy to navigate, and makes finding information straightforward within a complex environment without issues.

What stood out the most was the excellent 1-to-1 accelerator programme. It was responsive, professional and genuinely helpful when answering my questions. It's refreshing to deal with a company that values it's customers and provides such reliable support.

Overall, I would highly recommend this company based on the quality of both their website and customer service experience.

Amazing customer service and support from the equityfirst team. great management of my finical and living situation, only ever a phone call a away and always happy to talk and give advice. cant recommend enough
