Purchased a Foxwell NT530 to sort a couple of issues on my Land Rover DS. The unit was a great price, ordered online after hours on a Tuesday and received on the following Thursday lunch time. Communication throughout was spot on, and their update emails are a refreshing literary masterpiece! These are nice people to deal with and do what they say they will do - highly recommended!

I ordered some adaptor cables to use with MultiECUScan, for my Fiat and they came promptly, with plenty of info on progress with a sense of humour added. To add to all that, they work perfectly. Richard

I needed to sort some problems with a VW Touareg so I bought the Ross-tech Hex-V2 home user package from Gendan, mainly because they offer free postage whereas other UK suppliers don't!
It turns out that their customer service is brilliant as well, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with and I'm not easily impressed. Recently ordered my third VCDS adapter from them, on behalf of a family member. Super fast postage and really excellent communication (something which I find sorely lacking today). Hand on heart you simply won't find better.

Great product, great price and an outrageously funny sales delivery update - you clearly have a sense of humour, which is increasingly rare and was much appreciated!

The actual product was beyond useful and helped me both manage OBD II and Porsche diagnostics and gives me some ideas as to how to solve an intermittent sensor issue I am having. Perfect!

I recently purchased the MultiECUScan Multiplex package which I found easy to install the software for.
I had a query after using it for the first time which their customer service department gave me the answer directly from my contact with them.
Brilliant piece of kit.

Ordered a Foxwell NT530 scanner. Great price and delivered quickly.
Somewhere along the line there was a mix up in the order which may have been on my part. However, this was quickly sorted by the Gendan team and I am now able to see what my DB9 is up to.
Customer service was excellent. Website may benefit from a few minor tweaks re information displayed at time of order confirmation but that does take away from 5 star rating.

Ordered multiecuscan tools for my Abarth, great price, great communication, delivery was quick, emails funny so I'm not sure what else they could improve on. Brilliant stuff.

Over the years I have owned 2 Mercedes CLK's. I searched the internet looking for a quality OBDII reader for my last car. I discovered Gendan. The first reader was outstanding. I offered this to a friend who still feels the reader is outstanding. More recently I purchased the MAXIECU. Great piece of wireless tech. Can use on my laptop. What is even better is the customer service. These guys give excellent advice and answer any questions you have very quickly. In a world that is flooded with inferior products, I can say Gendan is not one of them. The MAXIECU cost £118 delivered which is a bargain. Take your car to the garage then it will cost over £100 before they turn the machine on. You could but cheap imported stuff for £20 but to be honest you are most likely wasting your money.
Summary: I have used Gendan twice now because they sell quality at reasonable cost and you can rest assured you will experience excellent customer support.

I received the ODBC and it seems to be working fine, there was a payment mix-up which I thought was with Gendan, but turned out to be with the Card company. Gendan dealt with this in a positive and patient way. I would be more than happy to deal with Gendan again and to recommend their services to anyone.
