The after-sales service when there was a software problem with the product I bought was first class. They not only offered to refund the product cost but also lent me a higher specification product so that I could complete the task in hand.

Excellent company to do business with, I received my Foxwell scanner within days. I realised I had ordered the wrong one, phoned them immediately and they exchanged it instantly. The scanner sorted the problem with my Honda, something of which the Honda dealer failed to achieve. I would certainly recommend using this company to anyone. The fault code readers are well made, excellent features for the money, well packaged up, and very quick delivery. Everything a motorist encountering problems needs.

We recently purchased the "Ross-Tech VCDS HEX-V2" for our VW Touareg and had a great experience with the distributor. Communication was excellent from the start, and we appreciated the thoroughness of the initial email we received. The product was shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. We highly recommend this distributor to others in the market for automotive tools.

Looking at all 5 star reviews usually can only mean one of two things. 1 “these are all fake” or 2 “this company is epic”. Well, I can happily say that it is not the former. I placed an order for a Bluetooth OBD thingy and not only was it packed by the warehouse elves it arrived about as fast as I could download the app to use it with.

After a comprehensive search for the item I wanted and the software manufacturers recommendation I chose to purchase my OBDLINK CX from Gendan.
The site is easy to navigate and use. The communication from Gendan was very good and quick delivery was pleasing.

I had decided to buy one of the pro scanners, but I was not quite sure if it fully covered my needs, so I phoned up to discuss what I required and they directed me to the NT 530 which gave me more detailed and in depth coverage of the particular brand. I have used it and I am delighted with its features and coverage. Incidentally it was a lot cheaper as well.
Also the scanner arrived next day.

I bought a "OBDLink LX EOBD OBD-II Bluetooth Interface" device specifically to link my 2019 Triumph Scrambler 1200 via bluetooth to my android phone. I then used the TuneECU app to be able to read codes & to alter the service interval on my bike.
I found the OBD Link LX to be cheaper than anywhere else at Gendan. I found their service to be prompt & thorough. They sent me progress reports on my purchase & they delivered the item relatively quickly. Thank you.

Purchased a Foxwell NT530 to sort a couple of issues on my Land Rover DS. The unit was a great price, ordered online after hours on a Tuesday and received on the following Thursday lunch time. Communication throughout was spot on, and their update emails are a refreshing literary masterpiece! These are nice people to deal with and do what they say they will do - highly recommended!

I ordered some adaptor cables to use with MultiECUScan, for my Fiat and they came promptly, with plenty of info on progress with a sense of humour added. To add to all that, they work perfectly. Richard

I needed to sort some problems with a VW Touareg so I bought the Ross-tech Hex-V2 home user package from Gendan, mainly because they offer free postage whereas other UK suppliers don't!
It turns out that their customer service is brilliant as well, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with and I'm not easily impressed. Recently ordered my third VCDS adapter from them, on behalf of a family member. Super fast postage and really excellent communication (something which I find sorely lacking today). Hand on heart you simply won't find better.

Great product, great price and an outrageously funny sales delivery update - you clearly have a sense of humour, which is increasingly rare and was much appreciated!

The actual product was beyond useful and helped me both manage OBD II and Porsche diagnostics and gives me some ideas as to how to solve an intermittent sensor issue I am having. Perfect!
