0 stars is what I would give this company if I could. I haven’t had access to my account in over 40 days and I had a couple thousand in it. When I emailed customer service they gave a generic “Our team is working on a resolution to your problem.” 40 days have gone by and I am still locked out of my account. I will never invest in an unproven platform again. I have contacted NY federal securities and they aren’t able to help. Gemini seems to be able to hold on to your money as long as they want without any legal repercussions. Stay away from this Platform, they are the absolute worst.

Horrible customer service, moving finish line where they promise staking then move the validation que further and further away. If I could give them no stars I would. I don’t think

Nothing but canned responses and no way to sell or send my crypto. I’m locked in. I can buy, but now found out I can’t sell.

Customer service was six layers of AI who never understood my problem or how to help me. They bought bitcoin for me before I could transfer funds then charged me fees when I couldn’t make a deposit. Then they sold the crypto they bought at a loss on my behalf. This company cost me over $500 in a few weeks and I got nothing for it but frustration after confusion with no support. In a matter of weeks I lost a lot of money. Worst place I have ever used to invest.

So I signed up for the card and was offered 200 in crypto for spending 3000 in the first 90 days. So like a fool I went out and spent a bunch of money. Afterwards they sent me an email saying.

Congratulations on your new Gemini Credit Card! We are writing to correct information you may have seen in a prior communication. No action is needed on your account.

The Welcome Email you received after opening your account mistakenly referenced a retired Introductory Promotion offering $200 in crypto reward for spending $3,000 within the first 90 days of account opening. As noted in the Intro Bonus Terms, this Introductory Promotion was paused on January 31, 2026 and therefore we are unable to extend it to your account.


So because of there error I just lose out completely, not very fair in my opinion

This is the most corrupt company that I've ever had to deal with. On February 9 of 2026 my account was hacked and compromised. All of my crypto was sold in withdrawn. I notified them the exact day and here it is one month later I still do not have access to my account.. I had a credit card with them. They charged me a late fee that was compromised also.

I have notified the FBI, the FTC, the consumers protection bureau, the local sheriffs department and notified them over 50 times via email and went through numerous security protocols and until this day I still do not have access to my account. This company needs to be shut down immediately before they rip everybody else off.

Won't let me withdraw my money. Essentially this company is a fraud.

Give back our money.

When its working its unbeatable unfortunately its only about 50% of the time .
Maybe you should leave it as a free App as I wouldn't recommend anyone to actually pay for it.
Maybe do a system where you let people claim the money back

Gemini has been restricting my account and said they would release my account so I could transfer my crypto to my cold wallet 5 business days after the my account cleared. These were their own words. They are playing games again since this is the second time they have done this . It has now been 7 business days since it should have been unrestricted. These guys just make up the rules as they go along. I guess it’s time to report them to the better business bureau, the consumer financial protection bureau and the state of Missouri attorney generals office

Please be aware of these fil*hy thieves!

I have been using the paid version of Gemiini 3 for several months and find it very disappointing for the following reasons:
1) Loses track of the most recent exchange often repeating an answer from a previous topic
2) When asked for a picture related to the current topic more often than not it provides something from a prior chat that is completely off topic
3) I've asked multiple times to permanently provide appropriate links in all chats and I have to remind it multiple times in a chat to provide the links. It apologizes, promises to make a record of my preference, provides the links and then proceeds to subsequently ignore that preference.
4) During a go around involving instructions for a particular application task, it consistently provided incorrect instructions based upon, for example, previous versions of software when it knows exactly what version and platform I am using. I have spent hours chasing down false instructions, repeatedly telling it that the description of a step is not possible, reminding it of the version, receiving an apology and then being assured it was now providing the correct instructions. With one piece of software, it sent me down the wrong rabbit hole 6-8 times before I wised up and realized it was clueless.
5) This service is not ready for prime time and I cannot fathom why anyone would think it's worth paying for.

Just utter rubbish, stay away from this exchange

The worst exchange always trying to hold your coins, they hold your account for at least a few weeks before you can move your crypto a little bit at a time . So freaking annoying . Would never used the again after this last purchase . I warn you don’t cry later they suck

Hard to believe someone funded this. It can’t remember two basic facts, yet confidently produces a flood of misinformation and nonsense. If this were a human, it would be in court for defamation and spreading false information. This isn’t intelligence — it’s an expensive bluff pretending to be progress.

I just want to share my experience I have used different kind of Gemini models and they are not created to help you they are a created and developed to infiltrate you they are Absolutely in Norway What's the weather helpful they are there Perfect opposite

Update: After they took $3+ to unsuccessfully "fix" the problems they created, now I got another bill of $5.34 for the emails they sent me asking me to send a screenshot to prove my account was cancelled because they (at the billing department) cannot see it. I just sent, because it was right there. I anticipate another bill...

The card service is poor. I pay as I go and do not carry a balance month to month. They artificially tabulate a higher usage amount than actually charged to the card, so the limit is consistently lower than the actual amount of charges to the card at any given time. Transactions linger for a week or more, showing as unpaid after remitting a payment. The main reason I got the card was for digital rewards for buying gas, but the card has been declined multiple times at self service pumps. I would not recommend and will probably close the account soon.
