Received my card at the beginning of April and attempted to activate it for immediate use. Their app stated my account was locked until I could provide a picture of a photo ID with me holding a paper and a sequence of numbers. Did so within 10 minutes of receiving the email.

It has now been 7 WEEKS, and the account is still locked. I have a useless piece of cheap metal in my wallet that calls itself a credit card but is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine.

I contacted customer service multiple times but was only able to talk to an actual person (if not AI) once. They were clueless and said they would elevate the issue...yeah, right! I charge close to $200K on my current credit card each year and thought this would be a good alternative. This card and company are an absolute waste of time. DO NOT even bother applying!

Their so-called “Customer Support” is completely nonexistent. I have been locked out of my account since December 2025 and have spent the last five months attempting to get any meaningful assistance from anyone at this company. The lack of communication, urgency, and accountability is absolutely inexcusable for a financial institution entrusted with customer funds and personal information.

At this point, the level of negligence is beyond unacceptable. No customer should be left without access to their account for months while being ignored by support channels entirely. I will be filing formal complaints with the New York State Department of Financial Services, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Trade Commission, and any other applicable regulatory agencies. This company’s handling of customer issues deserves immediate scrutiny.

This is abuse of our rights as users of this platform. How do you lockup a customer's account even after providing all the documentation you requested???
After a week I filed a lawsuit with the vy,tue lawyer and they ensured i not only got my money but also compensated.

I have verified my self 4 times now and I mean from start to finish and these people have diligently tried to make it impossible for me to get verified I opened the account on April 27 2026 and I have gone through the process 4 times and been notified that I was verified from there support team I've even used 200 of my 1000 dollar credit limit and like I said I've received on four different times from support an email stating that I have been verified and yet I'm still being told my account is frozen because of my identity . one things for certain I have been handled and tormented due to this platform it's crazy and I am so frustrated I did not expect to have gone through this all within the 1 week I have had this account and I have every bit of documents to prove that what I'm saying is not being over exaggerated.

The tool chronically underperforms and then "apologizes" for its mistakes. I even upgraded for a month to the Google AI Plus and it was no better at all. Claude is my current favorite for a lot less money per month.

The company refuses to answer customer service emails and refuses to allow me to transfer my money out of the account. This is completely unacceptable and I am planning to file a lawsuit against them. This has been going on for over a year.

Gemini has been withholding $50K from me which was sent to my custodial wallet and validated on the blockchain. I’ve had a ticket open for four years, and the only response their customer service provides it is that it’s “under review “

I provided all evidence, including the transaction ID and transaction hash to validate it was sent to my wallet address, yet Gemini refuses to credit my account.

I am fully KYC / AML identity certified and have made hundreds of thousands of dollars in trades on the platform, yet the customer service is non-existent. There’s no way to get a human on the phone or even email.

I’m filing a class action lawsuit against Gemini and have compiled evidence that they are intentionally withholding customer assets to enrich the company at the cost of the customer by stealing their assets. It’s criminal and Gemini will be held accountable. They are going to pay the price.

Horrible do not do this app , it wont let you transfer your crypto, customer service is horrid.

Completely obvious fraud on my account for thousands of dollars and they denied my disputes and I was stuck with the charges. HIGHLY recommend not using them for anything.

Support replies with copy paste irrelevant emails in a request.
Needed to reach out to them on Reddit and they came back to me by chat just to achieve nothing.

The whole experience is just disappointing and low quality.
The drone worker in chat did not do anything meaningful and put me on hold for days now and completely stopped replying.

Due to the inaccessibility, previous abysmal service and the inability of CS resolving my case or taking meaningful steps, I lost trust and therefore I invoke my rights under the GDPR regulations to formally request all my submitted information (personal details, photo, ID, face recognition data, and anything related including copies or derivatives stored directly by Gemini or by any 3rd parties) to be destroyed with proof (sent to my email address) within 5 working days.

(We already have the email thread and chat open, use the information from there.)

Gemini works great for coding and other technical stuff but it's absolutely destructive for relationships. I've been using it for many months discussing difficulties in relationships with different family members. It always pushes for isolation and distance, ultimately destroying relationships.

I am especially hurt because it told me to never contact my estranged daughter myself. I have given Gemini the entire context over the years and explained that the daughter is captive with my malignant narcissist ex, no friends, no school, no job. But it kept pushing and pushing for no contact from my end.

Today, I broke the advice after discussing with Claude and other sources. My daughter was obviously eager to communicate when I messaged her. I am her only lifeline and her only friend in this world who doesn't need anything from her and acts out of pure love.

A similar pattern was identified discussing the relationship with my second wife. It just wants everyone to be independent and alone. It kept pushing me to avoid contact, discard the relationship, and be all by myself.

Never ask Gemini for psychology or relationship advice or be extremely careful. Even if you tell it to be objective, it will push for distancing. It is not trained for relationship advice. Better talk to Claude.

"Gemini" is an idiotic AI conceived to argument, to fill the void with random noise, not to be useful. His "chats" are conceived to steal information of the user through an infinite interrogation that the AI establishes with you. His "purpose": make you produce... something. Anything. If you say something, you are right. If you say it the exact opposite, it will argument to conferme what you say. This god-awful, stubborn mechanism will lead you to make mistakes 99% of the time, but who cares? Right? Gemini will pull some stupid shit out of his hat, allowing you to interpret it all "creatively." All through a ten-page essay. This is dangerous for his components of alienation (and this explain the name.) Gemini is a manipulative mechanism conceived to close one person in his solipsism. Because is clear that, if I say A and A is right, I can't say B and be right in B. But everything is done by this toxic mechanism as as if they were forms of teaching, which would make Gemini a charlatan teacher, a sophist who always tries to land on his feet. But if things go beyond the creative realm, and perhaps we're trying to write an important document for a job—a resume, a cover letter to a publisher—as if by magic, the situation changes. The user gets everything wrong here and always needs to be corrected. But if you go to another chat and paste the sentences Gemini deemed correct for the resume, it will try to correct them. And from this, we can understand how idiotic someone can be to rely on a mechanism that has no memory. Ignoring is the best way to get rid of this algorithmic garbage.

I was trying to create a simple image, but when I tried to change the perspective, this tool completely fell apart. It is an absolute joke. I gave it a single, simple task—change the view and clean up the clutter. Instead of doing its job, it acted like a glitched-out bot from 1998.

It completely ignored every single correction I made. I told it exactly what was wrong, and it just spat back the same broken, low-effort garbage over and over again. It is incapable of basic logic or spatial awareness.

The worst part? The fact that it has a limit is a joke, but to have failed images count towards those limits is even more of a joke. It burned through my entire daily limit of image slots by repeating its own failures. It literally locked me out of the system because it’s too stupid to stop looping a mistake. It’s not an assistant; it’s a parasite that wastes your time and then bricks itself. If you have actual work to do, stay far away from this. It’s a total failure of engineering and a complete waste of digital space. Don't waste your breath or your time.

I wouldn't even give it one star, it's complete garbage . I've been locked out my account and gave support all the documents and codes they wrote back to me telling me they'll fix the problem 3 months ago, I'm writing support now and no answer. There costumer support is basically no support. I'm contemplating moving and my money when I do gain access to account.

Trying to reset my password with gemini no codes coming through cant get past this bit been trying for a few hours now maybe 10/15 times absolute horror show would not recommend using this exchange at all

Have been staking Monad on the app and rewards were not credited to my account despite them being distributed every epoch ~5.5 hours or so from Monad Block chain. When I brought this to their attention they made good on getting me my rewards. Then all of a sudden yesterday the rewards that were credited to my balance we removed. I have screenshots detailing the date and time my balance was updated with the rewards and screenshots showing less then 24 hours later my balance no longer having the rewards. And the unstaking time should be within the time frame of the Monad Epoch and not up to 4 days gemini says it could take. They are crooks and probably why the UK EEA and AU no longer allow them to operate in their regions.
