This company is a joke. Customer service responses are so poor that they seem written by a chatbot from the early 2000s. Their incompetence is the only thing matching the complexity of their processes. Avoid at all costs.

Google gemini is improving day by day. It helps so many way to solve mini task.

Gemini often gives bad and false information. It often reverts back to old requests and incorporates it with other requests. It has completely blown numerous requests of mine.As such I stopped using it and will seek an alternative Good try Google but it's not working

You cannot withdraw your rewards. No customer support to do so. Either fraudulent or weak business strategy. Either way- the company benefits keeping your asset on the books. Tried for months to get support and got no where.

Completed there referral reward, showed me I was receiving my payout oct 6th, luckily I screenshot it becuase I opened my account oct 6th and nothing was there. They told me they can’t pay me blah blah blah then I found the photo and they took 3 months to respond, then they took almost another 2 weeks to pay me. If they take this long for this imagine fraud how long they would take to pause accounts or keep your info safe. 0/100 customer service, honestly taking my money out of this app and switching to another crypto broker. Absolutely terrible experience.

My account was locked because of a fraud email I received from a third party. While Gemini first responded quickly I no longer get any response when sending return email. When they do respond it is always signed by a different name. I'm wondering if there is a class action lawsuit to join.

I actually had this experience twice spanning years, so I forgot about the first time. I had had the BlockFi rewards card and of course they went bust... so I went to Gemini.

I don't have a normal job. I'm away for weeks. I didn't think much of letting the card sit in the envelope. When I did open it to activate it I could not. Too much time had past. A first for me. Apparently, because the account was closed I can NEVER get the card again. I can't reapply, etc.

I just went through the same experience again, just moments ago, as I thought I'll go there (Gemini) because Coinbase put their card behind a paywall.

Hopefully other companies start providing BTC rewards. I'm seeing less and less use for this company. I just closed my account, I never used it... seems I will NEVER be able to reopen it until I contact customer support.

Most companies just do something like... give you a new account number. (Smacks head)

As every romance, it started seemly so well but there is horrible customer service. We received a message from a financial institution about fraudulent transactions on our Gemini credit card, so we froze the card and since then, more than two months has passed. We tried to pay it in full and close it but because is frozen we couldn't pay it through our regular bank so we sent a check, which is what Gemini website says to do, because no matter what time of the day you call, nobody would answer a call. On 12/30/25 the payment was cleared on our bank but almost a month later the credit card still shows a balance! And again, nobody would reply our emails, online chats or phone calls.
Avoid a future headache and Do not do business with this company!

I promptly responded to Gemini’s customer service and in my request I told them that there was an anomalous login that was successful in Lisbon Portugal. I took a screenshot and put it in the request memo only receive a follow up email from Gemini asking me to upload the screenshot and they also gave me a generic. This proves there is not an actual human on the other side, looking into the claim because if there was, they would’ve seen in my link that I attached the screenshot of the email. This is passport etiquette and should be banned. Crypto is honestly the worst thing to happen is just another stock market for the rich to explore us with. You have to have money to play the game and I don’t have any money to play the game. Gemini should be avoided because it will be the Genesis of the Exodus of the downfall of all of our monetary exchanges. Things crypto Bros.

If I can give this company -100 stars, I would do not I repeat do not do any business with this company. They are thieves and Crooks I’m 77-year-old lady and deposited money to buy crypto on their platform trying to earn a supplemental income, they close my account without notice immediately after I deposit my money block all access I did nothing wrong and now they’re refusing to give me my money back. It is such a hassle such a headache, Do Not whatever you do do not do any business with these Crooks.

Gemini is the most incompetent crypto exchange around. The only thing that works is SEPA fiat transfers in/out of your Gemini account. It took them 2 weeks to complete my KYC despite having all the documents they requested incl a live video check. Gemini's conversion costs from Euro to USDT are the highest in the industry!! From my newly approved account I created a Gemini On-chain Wallet via a link provided on their own interface, but I could not send any of my newly exchanged USDT to this wallet. Apparently I could not prove that the On-Chain Wallet I created within Gemini actually belonged to me!! I was expected to provide proof incl. an email address to prove ownership of the On-Chain Wallet. The same applied trying to send any crypto to a my own self-custodial wallet. My SR was passed on to their "compliance" dept. who took another 2 weeks to reply after my daily complaints about bad service. Yes, they are extremely incompetent and do not even understand that "self-custodial" wallets do not have email addresses. They finally after 2 weeks apologized for "the inconvenience" caused. Needless to say, I withdrew all my funds from the account and will never use them again. Go to Coinbase; not particularly noted for their good service either, but at least they are not so incompetent to ask you for proof like email addresses connected to your self-custodial wallets. All you have to do is certify (check box) that you are the owner. That is how it should be.

This company is horrible do not use their platform or their services they will close your account force you to sell any crypto or investments you have no matter if it’s at a loss or not plus charge you fees then make you go through some of the most ridiculous process of jumping through hoops and loops only for them to potentially consider allowing you to withdraw your funds that you deposited legally they have no live customer service dept or live support team it takes days or weeks for them to reply to any request basically sign up with Gemini and be prepared to feel like you are a criminal in jail without any rights or privileges you are not a customer but actually they are doing you a favor by letting you trade or invest through their site I can’t stress this enough do not use this platform unless you want headaches hassle losses and problems and stress their are so many other good platforms to use with out any issues don’t just take my word for it read the other reviews that are all mostly negative

Terrible unresponsive company.
I have my account locked because I did a mistake while setting up passkey. Now I opened 2 tickets 5965564, 5998614 and one complaint. They simply stopped responding. I don't have access to my account. I cannot see my credit card balance and I cannot pay my credit card balance. This is terrible situation I've never been before. They can damage my credit score. If I don't pay on time, there will be huge interest. And I cannot do anything because I cannot login without them removing that passkey.
I'm going to file a complaint to US Regulatory.
There is no even phone number for this company to call.
Think twice before using them. I regret a lot.
