Rip off or scam

Rip off or scam, I can't decide. I paid extra for shipping, but the order has been months delayed and I did not get my order in time. They refused to refund me despite my reaching out several times. I am very disappointed in this company.

i ordered something Oct 13th (yes im…

i ordered something Oct 13th (yes im awear that i was cutting it close but that was ok cause i was gonna wear the item anyway) after 10 BUSINESS days, which they are more then happy to put in big bold letters like we are all Karens, asking for a tracking number. almost 4 days later i FINALLY get a tracking numnber. DHL only got even the notification that it needs to get something on NOV 3RD (doing the math its 15 BUSINESS days from order not counting the 13rd out of being nice). when asked if i could get something back for the fact that we are already past the max shipment/producing time but all i got was "whoops we had a over load of ordering and our wearhouse lost power" ..... which is convenient i would say... i could get something from Wish faster then these people it seems. from the other reviews im seeing they have no condolences or ways to better their issues...... how do i laugh at a responce... its LITERALLY a copy/paste of what they sent me... showing they dont ever read anything

Nov 6. Almost a month to process an order. I tried yo cancel the order way before it shipped and got robot responses from multiple emails i sent.
Customer service is horrible.
COMPLETELY UNNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered this shirt for a halloween costume in 2022 not next halloween a year later, i doubt it shows up at all.

Never received my item and no refund

Ordered a sweatshirt well in advance of Halloween, over three weeks. The Thursday before the weekend of Halloween parties it hadn't even been shipped. No refund policy and no attempt to resolve any issue. Don't throw your money away.

We order a product I was skeptical but my son really wanted it. To my amazement it arrived prior than anticipated. The quality was better imagined! Customer Service was great . The communication was average but responsive.

Terrible experience - do not waste your money

Terrible experience...I ordered a Xmas product (Start Trek pajamas) in late November 2021 and the product never arrived (this is now April 2022) - I sent numerous emails to the company and received no response - also left voicemail on their customer service line which also was not responded to = the company completely ignored me - I paid for a product that I never received

support mail NOT working

their support email sends back emails.

The tracking number said my package was shipped and then sent back, but I never received a notice.

I wrote to the email just to get "mail delivery subsystem" telling me the mail is not working.

Absolutely terrible customer service and cannot return items

Absolutely terrible service. Avoid at all costs. Purchased two jumpers and paid extra for express shipping, it arrived 1 month later and the quality was awful and not at all as described on the website. We tried to return the jumpers but they would not allow it despite the website saying that they do accept returns and refunds. After several days of emailing back and forth they agreed to refund %30 of our total order and that's the best we were going to get. Do not shop with them you cannot return items despite what the website states.

False advertising, and horrible customer service

If I could give negative stars, I would give negative ten stars. I paid eighty dollars after shipping and handling for a hoodie. Well the hoodie looked beautiful in the pictures, but when it got here. It looked absolutely dreadful. I got the rpd resident evil hoodie with the raccoon police department logo on both arms. Well when it got here it wasnt even embroidered on the arms and front, like it clearly stated it would be. It was just printed. Well, the print is very blurry on the whole hoodie, and the things aren't in the places they should be. The elbow guards are on my forearms, the raccoon police department on the top where my bicep would be isn't a patch, rather printed and is very blurry. The rpd on the front was supposed to be embroidered is basically see through. The material of the hoodie is very cheap as well. The customer service told me a bunch of BS, and that basically it was my fault. that it says it wasn't supposed to be embroidered and through the pictures she asked me to send her about my issues said it wasn't blurry, and looked fine to her. I told them that it should've been embroidered on the front like it was said it would be, and that the raccoon police department badge on the arms weren't patched, and that it looked nothing like it did in the pictures on their website. She spewed off that I should've read the print. I said that I did, and it was supposed to be embroidered on the front and two patches on the arms were just printed on there and blurry. She offered me 10 percent off of my next purchase. I let her know she could keep the 10 percent off, and that I'd go to a place next time that makes quality products. 60 for that hoodie before shipping and handling, and it looks like it's worth 15 dollars tops. Very unsatisfied, and they did nothing to try and resolve it. Unless you want to add the ten percent off next purchase. I just wanted what I ordered, and got nothing to even close. Please do not shop with this company. The pictures on their website look beautiful, but nothing like what you get in person. Absolutely trash company. And I'm going to see about legal action if possible for false advertisement. I hope that they get shut down. So they can't rip anyone else off. I hope people read this, and think twice before using gearhumans. I'll be finding other places to leave this review as well so people DO OT GET DUPED

Read Reviews before buying from this company

I would suggest everyone read the refund page before purchasing from this scam artist website. Basically, the garment I purchased was a poor fit, the neckline was way too loose, the shoulders were way too big, and it looked really stupid when I tried it on. The item description states," Designed and constructed for the fit and comfort of the American body" Not everyone has an "American Body". I bought a medium, but it seems like parts of this garment are medium, some are extra-large. It's a total mismatch of sizes. When I contacted their customer service, I got much the same result as most others on here. They asked for photographic proof. I have sent them an email back and I am still waiting for whatever excuse they come up with to not send me a refund. I would never buy from this company again. I feel I got robbed and their customer service is indeed a load of old rubbish. If I could give negative stars I would.
