I need a bunch of minus stars to rate this lying cheating company. Their photo and text promised a gold, sparkly dress. What I received was a piece of junk with no sparkle or shape, and they would not allow me to return it, offered me a ridiculously low rebate.

Happy with my sweaters

Updating my review.
There was a mistake at the post office. It was sent in 2 packages not one. Anyway so now i have my 2 sweaters. Very happy and will buy again. It is just not that warm, but that is ok, coz during winter i anyway wear a warmer tshirt under always.
Sent Nov 8, received Dec 19, so order your christmas sweaters earlier.

Awful scam company.

No response, requested my order to be cancelled within the time frame and still no reply. They have no motivation to contact anyone or send items I fear and will try to get away with theft. A quick report to Actionfraud I feel is in order

No goods. No customer service.

I placed an order on Nov 30.
I emailed about adding to the order (buying more). No response.
I then emailed asking about shipping. No response.
I emailed multiple times again asking about shipping and delays. No response.
There have been 5-6 emails with no responses over several weeks.
There is no customer service.
I’ve asked for a refund but likely will get no response and will need to chase it up with the bank as this looks like a fraudulent business.

Where's My Order????

I'm more than willing to update my review if/when this transaction is complete, but as of this moment I am very unhappy. Placed an order on 11/30, and the money immediately cleared my bank. No issue. Received an email on December 5 that the order shipped, complete with tracking number. Good. Logged in later that day just to see when the item was estimated to be delivered. A message was returned that the tracking number was not found, and to give it 6~12 additional hours for the information to be input. That's fine. Busy season. It is now December 10. The same message continues to pop up whenever I enter the tracking number. There is no customer service telephone number for Gearhumans, nor do they have a chat option. I have now sent two emails asking for an update on my order, neither of which has been returned. Terrible Customer Service. Unacceptable. Terrible business practice. Will never order from this company again.

SCAMMERS

I paid $50 dollars (including express shipping) just for an item to come more then 3 weeks after. The customer service is terrible, they just repeat their policies and don’t try to resolve the issue. The refund/return policy is bs. I highly recommend going over it before you place an order, which I hope you don’t. I really hope their website gets taken down somehow. They robbed me and many more.

Holy crap if I could give 0 starts I would. I got a “sweater” per the description. It’s really a print on crap polyester and not a sweater at all. And it took 5 weeks to get here… DO NOT BUY AT ALL!!

TERRIBLE customer service

EDIT: After the generic response below the company only offered a refund of $7 when we spent over $40. Not happy and still DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.

TERRIBLE customer service! My husband ordered a shirt and it took weeks to come in. When it finally arrived it looked NOTHING like the photos online. We were finally given approval to return (which was a major hassle to even get in the first place) and we were told that we had to cover shipping both ways. The cheapest way to ship one shirt back to China is over $188. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of money. I will never order from this company again!

Terrible service

Terrible service. After ordering they told me about 7-10 day processing time in addition to shipping time. This was not mentioned anywhere on the site. I asked to cancel the order multiple times before it was shipped. They didn’t. I received it a week late which rendered the product useless. Completely dishonest and unhelpful. Don’t order from them ever.

Make sure you read all the fine print…

Make sure you read all the fine print with this website on order changes, returns, refunds, and exchanges. The site tries to entice you to spend enough to get the free shipping, but if you do you won’t receive your product for 3 weeks to a month or more. Paying extra for shipping is the only way to get your items in a reasonable amount of time. You have 12 hours to change or cancel your order. Once past 12 hours you are out of luck. The quality isn’t great either, and they know it. There is a specific clause in their fine print that says you can’t return the products if the material is bad. I would not recommend Gearhumans.

Terrible Company, avoid at all costs!!!

I ordered a hoodie as part of a costume for an event and paid for expedited shipping. They company never shipped the item, when I contacted them they told me it was "just shipped". I was sent a tracking number that did not work and then told no refunds. I was also told they do not agree to ship your package at any time, so the extra I paid for expedited shipping was pointless. The customer service reps were also terrible, they just sent me screen captures of their policies on their webpage, some even contradicting themselves. Do not order from this company, they are scammers.

I did contact your company and was lied too multiple times, then when my CC company contacted your company they were sent false information about tracking/shipping dates that were not correct. I am having them review this purchase for fraud again and will continue to pursue action against this company until this is made right!!! I have plenty of time to continue to pursue this issue with my CC company and ensure every review service gets a copy of my terrible experience and it is FREE to do so. Please do not do business with this company, they are extremely unethical and possibly guilty of some criminal offenses as well.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!GEARHUMANS IS A CON!!!!!!!

Ordered a shirt as part of my holloween costume on the 20th and paid extra 20 for 5-7 day shipping. Here I am on the night of the 29th still no package and needing the item tomorrow. They never even sent me a tracking number for my order so I can't even find it. I can't get ahold of anyone from the company and while looking online for numbers I can try to call to get answers i come to find out the reviews from this company are horrendous. Buyer beware!!!!! Almost all reviews I have found about gearhumans are all the same thing. The clothing is made from super cheap materiel, their sizes are completely off from what they say they are. There customer service is a joke,they will send you 1 email saying sorry the hear about your bad experience how can we help and then you will never hear from them again. And the images are extremely blurry and look nothing like they are pictured. All of these are almost in every review I found about gearhumans. Also found out if you look on their site under FAQ it states they don't offer 5-7 day shipping but are still glad to charge you for it(most common complaint I found was paid for 5-7 day shipping but took weeks to arrive). Its a company run buy clowns that pretty much rip you off. Do yourself a favor and save your time money and headaches. This company is trash.

Poor Quality. Do not Recommend.

I ordered 2 medium size shirts. Items took 5 weeks to arrive, and when they did come, they did not look like the pictures, and the sizes were larger than the size chart specifications by several inches.
Though I sent pictures to verify this, customer service was no help and did not accept returns.

Ignorant and scummy

I requested a small change to my order within 12 hours of placing it. 3 days later, their support team told me I waited more than 12 hours to change the item, so they can't do it. I replied I did, and to check the timestamps. They replied "OK, we'll do it, we're going to refund you the difference but deduct the cost of the materials we bought for your original order." On top of that, I paid $20 for shipping to receive the item in 5-7 business days, only for them to tell me there's an ADDITIONAL 7-10 business days of processing time on their end before it's shipped. They refused to refund my money, so I now need to open a claim with my bank. DO NOT buy from them.
