Impressively bad marketing.

These guys are so bad I’m almost impressed. There is an original ugly Christmas gremlins sweater that is hand knit from a website that my wife got me an Evil Dead sweater from. This one had the same pattern, so naturally I thought it was the same one. Imagine my surprise when I received a regular shirt that looks like someone took the pattern and photoshopped it onto. Not only is it not a sweater, it feels like the material that you’d go jogging in or older laddies would get in gold shiny color.

I have literally no clue who would want this crap material for 50+$ with shipping.

Ships from China, shirt doesnt look like the pictures, I think they shipped me a 2XL when I ordered an L, took a month to arrive. Wasted my money, don’t waste yours.

I was gonna order until I read the…

I was gonna order until I read the reviews how long it takes to ship and the hassle of canceling, etc. I still tried to order before I saw 53% negative reviews and it sounds like a scam site even. I tried to get a Hockey jersey, and it's only savings of about 25 bucks. Other places on line sell for 25 more, bit shipping is free and the brand is Adidas or Nike. Nhl. This site has no brand name, no one available to speak with right now so I canceled order. Then I saw reviews so I'm glad I did. This site will be out o business in a year!

ZERO stars

ZERO stars. My order from July hasn’t arrived. After several email attempts to get it delivered, apparently it is still sitting in Grand Prairie, TX. That was 5 months ago. Want to put them out of business.

I too wished I had read the reviews

I too wished I had read the reviews. Ordered my product on 10/13. Site said they take 3 to 5 days to fulfill and 10-15 in transit -- noting that even USPS does not take 15 days.

Product Arrived November 4 -- well after Halloween and they refused to refund or accept a return. Do not order from this site.

Also felt quality of the shirt is highly questionable -- material would be very uncomfortable for halloween costume. Lucking they did not ruin my outfit as I was able to find other substitutes that arrived on time.

0 stars is more appropriate. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to ordering. Horrible customer service policy with cancellations and refunds. most people want to see the product prior to canceling. I ordered express because it said it would arrive in 5-7 days, plenty of time before Halloween and they would not cancel my order when it wasn't here in 8 days and stated it was still in fulfillment. They said it has to be cancelled within 12 hours from your order. Product was low quality and the print was blurry. Complete waste of my money

I will never order from here again, I ordered months in advance for a Halloween outfit and it has never showed and I paid for express shipping. I will continue to bash this company until they are no longer available.

This company is just...bad

This company is just...bad. Ordered a sweatshirt for a friend and I thought I was getting a nice, warm cotton sweatshirt. Nope. What I got a polyester sweatshirt that had the wrong color pocket thread as advertised, different color hoodie strings, and a hood that looks like it would be better suited for a tent liner. I emailed them more than 10 times trying to get my money back and it was only when I mentioned their were stains from when I got it did they mentioned anything about they'd refund me. And that was only 30%. I said no, they bumped it up to 50% +20% off my next purchase (not happening), said no, and they finally said they'll refund me the money. Now for some background on how bad of a company they are.
-They said they couldn't take it back because they "3D print it and can't takeback custom orders." Umm, if it's customs why is it on your website? Also, you said you print it at your "warehouse" so why did i track it coming from China?
-They use a bot/ AI to deal with their customer service. It left the same message AND the exact same typo in repeated messages. I bet when this gets posted I'll get the same response everyone else got here lol.

Don't waste your time with this company. I better get all my money back

Note that in their "reply" they don't offer a refund for the item I did not receive or the piece of polyester they falsely marketed as a "sweater." They don't stand by their products. BAD COMPANY!!

I ordered a swimsuit and a "sweater." The swimsuit never arrived. The "sweater" was two weeks late and was a cheap piece of polyester - not a knitted fabric. When I called to complain I got nothing but a busy signal; when I emailed, they responded with a canned email with a tracking number that did not work. When I sent the "sweater" back, they refused the package and sent the piece of polyester back to me. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They misrepresent their products, they are unreliable when it comes to shipping, and their products are of VERY poor quality. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

Poor quality

Chinese company, Gave me the impression of America based. And quick shipping. Took 6 weeks to come, glad I actually got it based on other reviews. Sweaters are not sweaters, they're like cheap sweatshirt material.. A waste of time, effort and money

Misleading shipping. Took 27 days to receive and that’s paying $10 for 1 ugly sweater. Received 3 days after Christmas. Shipping notification sent outside 12 return window. Terrible quality.

Misleading shipping. Received 3 days after Christmas and ordered at end of November. Didn’t receive shipping notification until next day which is after its ridiculous 12 hour return window. Tried to cancel and never heard back from company. Sweater quality is terrible considering ridiculous price and $10 for shipping that took a month.

This company is misleading about its…

This company is misleading about its shipping timeframe. The website for ugly Christmas sweater states shipping before Christmas NOT delivery before Christmas. The quality is the worst I've seen in a long time! I ordered 11/28 and on 12/01 asked for tracking and they said it would take 3-4 weeks total for delivery. This was going to arrive after our party so I asked to cancel and was told not possible. It did arrive 12/19 by a miracle but still was after our party. Then, with this quality we will be throwing in the garbage!

Customer Service----HA!

Ordered two Christmas sweaters for an ugly sweater party. Ordered weeks before the party. When it was clear they wouldn't arrive, I emailed to cancel the items (in the FAQ section it says cancel or returns simply by emailing). I was then told by customer support that I had to cancel within 12 hours of ordering...REALLY?! What crazy policy is that? So I filed a grievance with PayPal. In the meantime, the items arrived and POS is an understatement. I've ordered stuff from China all the time and gotten excellent products. These however are terrible. Being aware you have to request a return within 12 hours of receiving the item(s), I immediately emailed to return the items. PayPal's grievance is still ongoing. This is not a custom order, but something off their website. Terrible customer service. Obviously archaic cancellation and return policies are designed to give you crappy merchandise and prevent you from getting your money back. I'll be pushing hard for PayPal to remove them from their customers.

BE WARNED...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I'm over two months into waiting to get the correct item.

I ordered a specific sun shade for my car back on October 17. After about 2 weeks to ship and 3 weeks of watching a tracking number go nowhere, I contacted them and apparently the shipping company lost my order. Fine. They sent me a replacement which took about two weeks, but I was able to track it all the way through. What I ended up getting was a sleep mask for my face with the same branding as the sun shade. This did not make me happy considering that I recieved that item on 12/14...almost two months after my initial order. I contacted them again and they said they would send the correct item this next time. I've checked the tracking information and the weight of the item matches the same weight as the sleep mask, not a car sun shade. I'm dreading it already.
Overall they have been pretty responsive to my concerns, so I'm giving them credit for that with a second star, but after the mistakes and amount of time I've had to wait for a simple $30 item, I'm not very impressed in their business model. If it's another mistake, then I'll probalby request a refund. This was much harder then it had to be. I've read the other reviews where they stated there had been an issue at their warehouse at about the same time my item was initally delayed, however this should have been sent to everyone with an outstanding order so they at least would have known. All I can do for now is wait, and hopefully update this reivew with an additional star if they get it right, but I'm not feeling good about it.

Ordered in November so I could be sure I got it for Christmas and I still got nothing 1 of my items still hasn't shipped which was a item for my daughter and the tracking stopped 3 days ago and I don't know where my stuff is and no way to find out smh definitely will be the last order from here

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a Christmas sweater 4 weeks ago hoping it would get here by December 20th, still nowhere to be found and no shipping information. What a waste of money! I should have read reviews on here before trusting the site. Lesson learned!

Terrible Customer Support

Waited for product and asked company when I could expect delivery. They replied and said it takes 7-10 days. Around day 14 I gave up and told them to cancel the order immediately. Company went silent for multiple days thereafter, and then (replying to my cancellation request email) told me they had gone ahead and shipped the product. I then followed up asking if this was free, since I had clearly cancelled. Again, unsurprisingly, they went silent. Contacting my credit card company to get refunded and to tell them to stop doing business with this provider.

Edit: My credit card company tried contacting them and they did not respond to the credit card company either! Also, company follows up to this review and says to check email but they haven't reached out to me in any way. And me reaching out to them will just have them ignore me like before, so this is pointless.

Wrong Jersey

They sent me a jersey with the default number of 00 and the name JUSTIN on it. When I told them about the situation, they basically told me it was my fault. I checked the details before submitting and I know it was right. So now they refuse to correct the issue and I have an unwanted jersey that no one in my family can use.

China based online company

The company pretends to be based in the US, but their products ship from Zhejiang, China. They offer expedited shipping and a very high price. I paid for 5-7 day shipping. It’s been 11 days and my package is nowhere near arriving. This is just a company pretending to be US based but does operations out of China. Don’t advertise shipping speeds that you can’t promise. Might consider contacting the FTC for false advertisement.

The material of the sweaters is…

The material of the sweaters is horrible. Non-breathable, plasticky, and low quality. The packaging was just a black plastic bag. It's a miracle it wasn't damaged on the way. The seller is completely unreachable by any contact method.
